This is the follow up of my previous review posted regarding my order #1450894 which was delivered late, I did contact customer service to cancel the order as soon as I learned delivery date was later than promised when I placed the order, they told me they needed to wait until hotel rejected the delivery, that already happened 6 days ago or so, a representative from MTBIKE contacted me after I posted my review promising I’ll get my money back, as of October 19,2025 Nothing happened. It seems to me this vendor is not reliable, better shop somewhere else, it costed me $27 already. Stay away from this vendor.

Dear Customer,
immediately after contacting you, we submitted a request to the carrier for the shipment to be returned to our warehouse. We have refunded you as soon as the courier has picked up the rejected package from your hotel (which was 2 days after you wrote this review). Normally we process refunds as soon as the item reaches our warehouse - we have made an exception in your case and processed it before we had the item back at our warehouse.
To clarify, we have received your order on 6/10 at 19:12 and shipped your order the next morning at 08:21. Any subsequent delays en route to the delivery address are unfortunately beyond our control. We have refunded your order in full and had to pay for the delivery costs to Italy and back. We genuinely believe that we have done everything we could to serve you fairly and your review is not warranted.

Good Size Exchange Experience
After receiving my running jacket very quickly, I realized it was too small. The return and exchange process was smooth and essentially free. I only had to pay a small extra amount due to a change in the HUF-EUR exchange rate. The exchange process involves a separate return step, during which you can request an in-store voucher. This voucher can then be used to pay for the new item. I’m giving 5 stars because of the free and hassle-free return experience.
