I had been having a lot of difficulty upgrading multiple softwares because of changes by Canon, Apple and Microsoft, all of which had made previous softwares and platforms no longer compatible. I am an amateur and was at my wit's end, exhausted with the stress of trying to get softwares that would work / not paying for inoperable ones and belatedly having to try to sort things out.
The guys at mssoftware were very patient, despite surely feeling that they were dealing with a complete idiot.
It is that sort of after sales (and even before sales) service that makes all the difference.

Key arrived within 10 mins. Step by step guide very helpful. App for uninstalling old versions of office 365 an important step.
When installation completed I dropped them a note to advise how I know install complete as license expires after 7 days if not activated. Email response with 10mins giving details on how to check. Although this simple check should be in the installation steps.

The MSS service support was all I could ask for. Through my mistake I ordered the product twice but Josh in service support quickly resolved this and ensured I wasn't charged twice.
Product downloaded, installed and activated totally with out problems. Thank you MSS.

I am 83, and did have a few problems with acting upon the instructions as given. I contacted the company and I was assisted by Steve who was very helpful and also very patient.
Before he signed off he made sure that everything was working to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend MSSoftware

Bought a copy of Office 2021. On initially trying to checkout my Paypal payment seemed to hang. I used the chat option and received help instantly. I was assured that no payment had been taken, and that I could try again. This went through straight away. I received the required links and activation codes within seconds. Office installed and activated without any issues at all.

After having problems locating the files downloaded, I emailed support on a Sunday evening, not expecting a reply until at least Monday. Support spent over an hour with me, walking me through each step and troubleshooting. The following morning, I was contacted again and the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication and support; very impressed and satisfied customer. Would use again for peace of mind.

After a rather abysmal experience with Office 365 and Microsoft, I was looking for an alternative and found MSSoftware after a Google Search.
The registering and ordering process was a breeze and I found myself using Word (after ordering Office 2021 for Mac) within 30 minutes of ordering. Life savers really!

The purchase was fast and without problems and I followed the clear instructions to download the MS Office from Microsoft in the US. I had difficulties as their server was very slow initially but thanks to excellent support from MSSoftware a solution was found and eventually I got things done.
