If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I bought a wheel for my sons scooter on the 25th of November! Still waiting!! I have emailed multiple times for confirmation of dispatch or even just to say they have received my order and I have had NOTHING back! This company is a scam they will take your money and leave you in the dark! Please don't be a victim like me and buy anything off this site!

I brought an expensive electric scooter from this eBay seller. Noticed the rear fender was a bit wonky so tried to straighten it and it literally came away in my hand.
Not wanting to have to return the very heavy item to China, I asked them to send a spare part, to which they readily agreed and promised an instructional video too.
When that arrived, my dad and I almost snapped the base trying to get it to fit. Plus the new part had a brake connection nothing like that on my existing scooter.
Despite me trying to contact the seller all day, everything has gone quiet. What a surprise 🙄.
So I've asked for a refund and forewarned eBay as God only knows how much and indeed, how I'm going to return it to China.
