Poor delivery experience
I ordered an internal groove digital calliper and told the sales person that we were closed Friday to Sunday. The sales person confirmed this note had been added to the order, and that the goods would not be delivered before Monday. Upon arrival at work on Monday an MSC parcel had been thrown over our 7 foot gate and left outside in the rain over the weekend.

DPD deliveries are terrible
DPD deliveries are terrible, they continually try to deliver out with our hrs of business and when deliveries are eventually made the boxes are often bashed and burst.
Other than the delivery issues no other problems with MSC
