The order was due on April 14th but was not delivered to the right address. This caused very unwelcome anxiety. Through local effort the consignment was eventually located. This was reported back to Mr Wheeler but there has been no acknowledgement let alone an apology.

Lack of Customer Care!
Very poor communication and cooperation with the client. It would appear that Mr. Wheeler’s left hand doesn’t know what his right hand is doing!!
Delivery due mid-February hadn’t arrived by the middle of March - I telephoned to check and was told it had been delayed and I should have been informed!
Very cavalier attitude and impression that they didn’t really care about customer service, and I’ve been a regular customer for years!
