Really impressed with the experience so…

Really impressed with the experience so far. As a Founder its been a lot less work + cost for me than running this internally.

Onboarding was quick/thorough and their help with our ICP targeting was spot on. Since then I've been able to just leave them to it... quality of meetings they've booked has been great.

I've used a few 'agencies' over the years with mixed results. Sentrama delivered what they said they would. A strong onboarding process and good quality meetings. I would recommend Sentrama to anyone looking to ramp their outbound efforts.

Sentrama cold callers who break ICO…

Sentrama cold callers who break ICO rules in terms of prior permission to contact regarding outbound sales. Then rudeness and an 'entitled' attitude from 'Fiona' their outbound caller. Not a good experience. If this is the sort of service they offer clients I would not want my business reputation damaged by them.

Meaningful and high grade meetings with the type of potential client we had agreed we needed. A reactive feedback process that evolved and tightened up the process iteratively. As a client the meetings we had with the Sentrama Team were focussed, with agreed aims, we were listened to and heard.

Impressed with quality of meetings

I’ve worked with a few outbound agencies before, with mixed experiences – most promise the earth but only deliver meetings that don't really go anywhere. Sentrama have been a clear step up for us. Overall, the quality of the meetings have been strong (proper decision-makers, good fit with our customer personas etc) and have meant conversations that have actually moved things forward for the business.

The onboarding process was easy and smooth and matched with what was sold to me, plus their platform makes the quality-control really clear. I need that transparency, so it was v useful to see how meetings are verified before they go into my diary.

Having done this a while, I know no agency is never going to be 100% perfect, but they’re one of the few I've tried that can actually back up what they say with real meetings that are also qualified. There were no filler calls, for example. If it's useful to know – I'm targeting mid-market/enterprise B2B clients.
