Deposit money they never ask a question, as soon as you win and withdraw then verification process starts, that's ok my account fully verified, I won 20k, tried to withdraw 10k they asking for a bank card photo that I used 14 months ago, the card has nothing to do with card I've used for over a year to deposit and withdraw with Mrvegas, that old card is no longer exists nor the bank account for that card, and when I tried to withdraw the remaining 11k so I could put that on the withdrawal process like the other 10k so I won't be able to play with it but they stopped the withdrawal so I couldn't not put that 11k on pending withdrawal, as a gambler I played and lost the 11k. My account, source of income and the card and bank account I'm currently using all has been verified while ago yet they withheld my 10k withdrawal and made me to lose back 11k. I deposited £10 to qualify for the £30 Free Bets, but they never appeared.
I contacted Live Chat and was told that I needed to enter “Sports” when making the deposit. Fine — I deposited another £10 using the “Sports” code, and guess what? Still no Free Bets.
I contacted Live Chat again, only to receive another generic response telling me to use the “Sports” code — despite the fact that I had already done exactly that.
I’ve now deposited twice based on the information I was given, and I still haven’t received the promotion. Surely, if there’s an issue with the promotion tracking, they should be able to look into it and manually apply the Free Bets where appropriate rather than simply repeating the same generic response.
Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience. Save your money and consider using a more reputable company.

Our records show that on 14/09/2026 you deposited a total of £200 and generated £389.26 in wagering during that period. In other words, the total amount played was significantly higher than the amount deposited, as winnings received during play can also be used to continue wagering.
