This is a follow up to my previous review of Mr. V Appliance Repair. After leaving a voicemail, Mr. V contacted me and discussed the events from my service call. The 10% coupon was applied to my account. I appreciate the effort made to have a satisfied customer, so thank you to this small business owner for making that happen.

I am new to the area and got a recommendation for Mr V’s from a local mom’s group.

I requested a call from their website and received a call within a few hours. They were able to come out the next day to look at my dishwasher.

Boris called me as they said he would, arrived on time, thoroughly reviewed what was happening, and was very sweet to my granddaughter, who was fascinated with his toolbox.

Unfortunately, my circuit board and wires needed to be replaced and he showed me how the wires were burnt. He needed to get parts and thought he could come out the next day but called a few hours later and finished the job in the evening.

Great service, professional, friendly. Circuit boards are never cheap but I feel they didn’t overcharge me based on other experiences I’ve had. I had a great experience with this company.

Oleg was the best appliance repair professional I've ever worked with. He repaired my range quickly and saved me money. I would recommend him highly and will be calling next time I need a repair.

When my 14 yr old GE oven stopped working, I did not expect the end result to leave me with such a warm fuzzy feeling towards mankind. It is nice to come across great people like BECKY on the phone and BORIS ANDREYEV who repaired my oven!
BECKY was very pleasant and patient in explaining the process and set up an appointment for the following day at my convenience. BORIS was the epitome of customer service. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and the cost of repairs vs purchasing a new range without trying to influence my decision. He had the needed ignitor assembly in his car and completed the repairs quickly. I had poured baking soda on the bottom panel to extinguish the flames from an apple pie run-over and BORIS insisted on cleaning the panel before replacing it.
A company is only as good as the people that represent them in the field and Mr. V APPLIANCE REPAIR cannot be beat!

We have used Mr. V's twice in the past 6 months due to a leak in the washer and some clothing being stuck in the blower wheel of the dryer. On both of these occasions, Mr. V's responded with same day service (which my wife very much appreciated). Similarly, upon their arrival, David Chemikov (washer repair) and Boris Andreyev (dryer), were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of our problem. They were quick to disassemble, repair, reassemble and complete a check on the proper operation of the appliances. We highly, highly recommend Mr. V Appliance Repair for any of your appliance repair needs.

Fast, courteous, professional & reasonably priced service. I called Mr. V Appliance Repair for washing machine help while we were traveling in our RV near Cumming, GA. The woman who answered our call said she would have a service technician at my location between 4:00 & 7:00. A service technician named Mark called three hours earlier than scheduled and asked if he could come to our RV site earlier than scheduled. "Who does that these days?" Mark assessed the problem, had the part on hand, and in less than an hour my wife was washing clothes. I can not give enough praise to Mark & Mr. V Appliance Repair and their same day service policy.

From start to finish, this company was great! They answered the phone and made a next day appointment. The technician called 30 minutes ahead of time and showed up within the given two hour window. He was very quick to diagnose my dryer and fixed it within the hour, having the correct part on his truck. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I could not be happier!

Oleg was awesome. I have an older refrigerator and Oleg diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Excellent service and price. Will definitely recommend.

Great response time, quickly diagnosed problem and was at my house the following day with parts in hand. Also took the time to answer a few other appliance questions i had at 8:30PM. Will 100% use them again!

Another service provider came to the house and said they could not fix our refrig or stove lots of excuses...Mr. V's fixed both with no issues at all. They were timely, went the extra mile...didn't give an easy "no" answer, but worked until they traced the problems. Huge thanks...Huge Bravo!

Boris called in route, gave assessment, finished the work promptly and left the area tidy. Very polite and professional. Will use Mr V again and request Boris.

Awesome service ! Oleg explained everything to me about my washer machine and had the part with him. He fixed it really fast and was very professional. Going to the laundromat was the worst and he came the next day. Thanks Oleg 😁

awesome customer service, Oleg went above and beyond to repair my oven in the same day, which required traveling an hour each way to get my part. Highly recommend this company!!!!

Dennis was my tech. He was punctual, polite and most importantly HONEST!
He could have easily overcharged me for a part he originally thought I needed. When he realized I didn’t need the part he told me right away. I am a single mother and I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics, plumbers, you name it.

Had a great experience with Mr. V Appliance. Dennis, the technician, came out same day within a couple of hours. As soon as the part he needed arrived, he was back and repaired our dishwasher in no time. Friendly, competent guy. I thought the price was quite reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again.
