Recently purchased from this company and so glad I did. Customer service was on point and quick and the product is exactly what I was looking for. The amount of styles to choose from is mind blowing and I can’t wait to order more. 11/10!

I ordered a suit from this company online and the experience has been terrible. The quality was very poor, and the sizing was completely inaccurate compared to what was advertised.

I contacted the company several times to request a return and refund, but they have refused and are now ignoring my emails and messages. Under UK consumer law, customers are entitled to a refund for items that are not as described or of unsatisfactory quality — but this company refuses to engage.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. The lack of communication and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I will be escalating this through my bank and Trading Standards.

Shocking customer service. All seems to be done by WhatsApp chat .. waiting days for replies. Unhelpful, time wasting.

ABSOLUTE WARNING: AVOID THIS COMPANY—MERCHANTS RESORT TO HARASSMENT AND THREATS
​I have spent 3 months dealing with Mrguild London, and what started as a simple consumer dispute over a £102 deposit ended with the merchant making physical threats and issuing baseless accusations of theft. This company is unprofessional, abusive, and operates with zero transparency.
​THE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY & MISREPRESENTATION
​I ordered the "size box service," which was paid for with a deposit and advertised as a way to size suits for purchase. Immediately after ordering, the merchant unilaterally imposed crucial, undisclosed terms that were not present anywhere on their website or in their official Terms & Conditions:
​The service was only available for a minimum party of 8 people.
​They threatened that the deposit would be forfeited/lost if I did not proceed with the 8-suit minimum order.
​This is a fundamental misrepresentation of the service and a clear attempt to enforce hidden fees, completely violating consumer protection standards.
​EXTREME UNPROFESSIONALISM AND CRIMINAL THREATS
​When I requested a refund for the service I could not use and refused to return the box until the refund was guaranteed (due to their own untrustworthy behavior), the communication immediately escalated to hostile and abusive levels:
​Threat of Physical Intimidation: The owner explicitly threatened to personally visit my home to collect the items if the box was not returned by their imposed deadline, stating, "we will see you next week."
​False Accusations: They repeatedly accused me of being a "thief," of "stealing their goods," and claimed I had "no idea how returns work."
​Baseless Legal Threats: They threatened to sue me and hand my details over to a "legal team" for holding their property, despite the fact I was attempting to return it under fair terms.
​FINAL OUTCOME
​I was forced to involve Klarna (the finance company) and, more importantly, the Police due to the serious nature of the threats and harassment. A merchant threatening to visit a consumer's private address is absolutely unacceptable and moves beyond a civil dispute into criminal intimidation.
​DO NOT RISK YOUR SAFETY OR YOUR MONEY. This is not a reputable business. Their conduct, abuse, and refusal to operate with transparent terms demonstrate a profound lack of customer service. Save yourself the stress, the police reports, and the harassment, and take your custom elsewhere.
​AVOID MR GUILD LONDON AT ALL COSTS.

Final note, thankfully due to Klarna I eventually got my money back from this scammer!!

Absolute rip off!! How they have 4.6 stars is beyond me! DO NOT USE THEM.
Had to get Barclays involved to get my money after returning my suits for a refund.
Had lots of Whatsapp messages from them saying they would refund the money on receipt of the suits. Then they wanted me to cancel the dispute and then they would refund me (PLEASE NOTE; once cancel you can't re open it with the Bank) They think you were born yesterday!
They will lie to you to get their cheap suits back and then not refund you and keep asking for information that you have given them a time and time before.
I don't normally write reviews and it's taken me all this time to write a review as i didn't want to waste any more energy on them but if i can save someone money by this review it will be worth it.

I’ve had 3 suits from Mr Guild and have all been amazing quality and perfect fit. The cut of the suit is great and the fabrics look and feel expensive.

I wouldn't even give a 1 start review. I returned my suit as the quality is terrible and extremely thin. They have taken my suit and are refusing to give me a refund back as well. I've contacted multiple times and they are non responsive or patronising.

Will be going to the bank to open a dispute. Do not recommend at all. They will take your money and keep it.

Horrible suit company! Colour is different when arrived and too big, requested a refund! They do NOT DO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGE!! have sent the suit back, there not collecting it I paid £30 postage for them to receive it. Keep being updated they haven’t been in to collect the parcel, customer service is also only through WhatsApp do not answer your messages nor calls. Expensive suits don’t even come in suit bag, and sizing is awful. Horrible website never again

Terrible company - suits are poor quality, colours are not as described/pictured, they do not respond to requests for refunds and are operating against UK consumer rights (refusing to offer refunds within 14 days). Customer service via WhatsApp is terrible, extremely rude and dismissive

Just ordered in the last week. Please be aware that these people are very smart scammers. They are selling suits at over £200 which are actually very bad quality. I have been trying to return my suit and they are completely ignoring everything I’m sending them on purpose. The contact number to call no one ever answers, no response on WhatsApp or email either. They state NO REFUNDS which is actually illegal to do if you’re selling clothing online as there is a 14 day cooling off period which they must abide by. Save your money and do not shop with them.

Its clever advertising appears to be a London based company but sends from Turkey.
The quality is absolutely horrendous and comes shipped crammed into a tiny box.

They state the offer no refunds only exchanges.

Mr. Guild suits arrived timely. When I tried them on it was like they were custom suits. Fit me to a tee. Punch in your measurements pick your size and they do the rest. I’ve ordered 3 suits and looking for more. GREAT BUY.
