great product, great quality and a steal for the price point

I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

The suit I received was delivered in an entirely unacceptable condition. It arrived with two prominent red marks, resembling stains, and there was also visible damage to the stitching around the collar. This was deeply disappointing, particularly given the importance of the occasion for which it had been purchased.

I promptly contacted MrGuild within an appropriate timeframe and well within my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Their own “Delivery & Returns” policy clearly states that damaged items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Despite this, my attempts to resolve the matter were met with significant difficulty and inconsistency.

Initially, I submitted a query via the contact form on their website. I was later informed by the company that such a form did not exist. After providing screenshots as evidence, I was then told that I had failed to contact them within the required timeframe, which is simply incorrect. If the contact form was indeed redundant or unknown to them, it is unreasonable to expect customers to be aware of this.

Furthermore, I was told I had not provided sufficient proof of contact. Typically, contact forms generate an automated confirmation email; however, I did not receive one in this instance. Again, this is not something a customer can reasonably anticipate or control.

I made multiple further attempts to reach the company via telephone, Instagram, and eventually WhatsApp, which was the only channel through which I received a response. Throughout this process, their communication was unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy.

Ultimately, I was not issued a refund, but instead offered store credit. This was of no use to me, as the suit had been purchased for my wedding, and due to time constraints, I was forced to source an alternative elsewhere.

I have since raised a dispute with my bank in order to recover the funds.

In addition to the defects noted, the overall quality of the suit was extremely poor. The material and construction felt cheap, and the pricing is wholly disproportionate to the standard of the product.

To add to the frustration, I was subsequently blocked on WhatsApp, which was my only remaining means of communication with the company.

In summary, my experience has been entirely negative. The company appears to lack professionalism, accountability, and respect for its customers. I would strongly recommend that others think carefully before purchasing, as this has been both a costly and stressful experience.

Problem with trouser size, emailed immediately and again and again with no response from them. Tried to submit a return on line for a larger pair and it said customised item which definitely wasn't and wouldn't allow me to return. Have now bought a pair of trousers from Next. A lot of money for just a jacket and trousers to be sent to charity shop!

Returned a suit to reorder a larger size.

Whilst doing so, the order went missing in the shipping process but as I had the correct information, Mr Guild still honoured the return and provided me with a code for reordering.

It did take longer than I hoped to get a response from the company but it was still dealt with in a timely manner.

Although I was sceptical about getting a suit online (and the lack of ability to return it if a problem), I needn't have worried. The WhatsApp communication to answer queries I had was fast, and my suit arrived quickly and well packed. It fitted very well indeed and is of excellent quality. My next suit will definitely be from Mr Guild. Thank you!

This company offered extremely low quality suits. They sent me a totally different suit than what I ordered, I returned it. They have now refused to refund me as they said it was customised. It was not customised as it was the wrong suit. Their customer service is extremely rude, it was like speaking to a drunk at the pub. They have kept all of my money, took back the suit and flat out refused to refund me and then told me “you can’t do anything friend” this is definitely not a company to do business with. Also pay attention to the fact that all of their 5 star reviews saying how great they are are from profilers with only one review. This alone says enough! Likely fake reviews to hide the truth.

Great quality

This company are scammers ! They are not allowed to only offer exchanges , after weeks of trying unsuccessfully to communicate via their only means on WhatsApp I had to go to trading standards and my bank . Trading standards are involved in making them change their terms and conditions and my bank had given my refund . I should not have had to go to all this trouble - avoid at all costs !

My partner and dad order a couple suits for a wedding we attended over the weekend.
Great quality and the fit was perfect. They both got some many compliments.
Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good quality and affordable suits.

Mr Guild WOW! What can I say amazing they did everything in the power to get the best suit for me for my Civil Wedding. There was even a wardrobe malfunction and they still managed to deliver it to France for my Civil Wedding. I will definitely be shopping with them the quality of the suit is impeccable 🤩👌🏾I would HIGHLY recommend. 5 Stars for sure !!

Suits are pretty good quality and fit great. I had an issue with the shipping they shipped me the incorrect size Initially. But they sent a return label and gave me a discount for future purchase.
