Total scam company. I set an account up on a Sunday, deposited over £100. Won 300 so did a £300 withdraw. After not receiving any winnings In my bank i tried to log in and my account was blocked. I spoke to the online chat for Mr Green Casino every day for 2 weeks, they assured me I would receive an email I never did. I made 3 complaints to their complaints department, got a reply the first time saying I'd receive an email... never did, the next 2 complaints I made I've heard nothing... so they took my hard earned money and have no intention of paying me my winning or giving me any explanation or way of resolving this. I'm just being ignored now. DO NOT sign up to Mr Green Casino they will take your money and block your account

I created an account for the first time and deposited and won some money, immediately after I won they blocked my account. I contacted support and they said I self excluded on a sister company so they blocked me. I said fine refund the money in the account at least the one I deposited.It’s been more than a month and same excuses whenever I contact them “patiently wait for an email from our finance department” etc. This is such a scam. Don’t bother creating an account they will block and take your money.

I signed up a few days ago deposited £25 without bonus won £111.50 sundenly i am kicked off saying account suspended so i try to log back in with no luck, i open chat with customer service they said my account is closed because i self excluded on another site. I said you let me sign up DEPOSIT FUNDS PLAY AND THEN MINUTE I WIN YOU CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. they said i would receive s manual refund i am still waiting for my money. MR GREEN YOU OWE ME MONEY A BET IS A BET AND I WANT MY MONEY !!

1 month and my withdraw still not sorted, absolutely shocking customer service.

Did not honour a promotion bonus and Mr Greens customer service team via live chat and a 'no reply' email response seem intent in circling around the promotion that I'm talking about, instead quoting t & c's from another promotion. Basically it looks like false promoting.

Deposited money with this company and after I deposited my account was suspended. Due to links with William hill. Understandable. But yet still to get my money back it’s been two weeks. Live chat they just say the same thing it’s with our finance team you will recieve a email bla bla. It’s not difficult to send the money back

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPNAY

On the 27th of October i signed up and deposited £30. I started to play 20p roulette, around 10 minutes later a message popped up saying my account would be closed. I contacted customer support and they said it was because I had closed my account in the past. I’m still waiting on a £97 refund. Never have I seen a company act like this. I am utterly disgraced.

Unfortunately this company are scammers, I have tried to withdraw 50 pounds and my withdrawal had been put on hold. After contacting live chat I was asked to verify my ID and address which I did after uploading documents to a jumio link provided, nothing happened though. Contacted again next week, they were asking for more pictures of my passport and the signature, I kept sending more pictures but they always had an excuse that it is blurred on their side and they cannot read or see it. Please for the sake of God do not deposit any of your hard earned money with them because even if you win they will find an excuse to take it.

Very poor customer service. Was asked to send a bank statement to confirm who i am. I did this and asked when my refund will be issued. I was completly ignord and had nothing. Do not play with them. Costomer service is a joke. No help.

Worst online casino in the world.. Might aswell just throw your money in the trashbin, cause you wont win anything at this crappy site, 150$ used to spin around 600 times, and 99% of them was just deadspins, didnt even make a reaction in the basegames. 100% scamsite

If I could give 0 stars I would signed up for them to then block my account telling me to contact customer service iv contacted them around 40 times and they give the same excuse telling me the payment team was sorting my payment out to check my email still no email and 5 days later nothing just spoken to them again more lies till me it’s at its final stage stay away from this company iv contacted my bank about the scammers!! I’ll not be getting my money from these guys but hopefully my bank will help me with the scammers!! Stay well away

Worst ever casino, and just forget if they owe you refund. They don’t look into your mental health or state, I urge the appropriate authorities to investigate this scam company. Put me in hell waiting for my refund , and still waiting with no form of communication, and the live chat playing with my emotions, given me different answers every single day .

Signed up for the first time last night deposited a fear bit didn't win much but its the luck of the game that's why it's called gamble... BUT when you go back on put you in bonuses BUT doesn't pay out anything one of the worst sites I have been on by far

I deposited £20 into my account and was going to use that to mess around on some slots or something. As soon as the money left my bank, I got kicked out of my Mr Green account. When I tried to log in it said my account was locked and needed some verification and to contact support.

I did contact support and was told I just need to send a picture of my drivers license and a bank statement as proof of address. I sent this to them and was told it can be up to 24 hours. Annoying but oh well.

Received an email the next day wanting more personal details. They wanted a picture of my face and my drivers license next to it and more forms of proof of address. I didn’t have anything else I could send as proof. After speaking to customer services they said I cannot log back into my account until I send them all this extra information. I asked to refund the £20 I deposited and they said they will not refund me until I send a picture of myself next to my drivers license and another proof of address.

I just want to add, my address matches from drivers license and bank statement with the exact same name and all within date so there was no issues with my credentials.

I have emailed the complaints team and we’ll see what happens from here

Fake positive reviews from a company that keeps lining government pockets to keep ripping its customers off ain't no way that it's just full of dead spins every time you play with out some sort of backdoor algorithm or slot manipulation going on in background

After winning over 2k I am ecstatic, but reviews below tell me i should be worried, however this is my personal experience with Mr Green.

Absolute scam. I won €90000 with this casino and they point blank refused to pay me my money, I sent all the documents they required and received nothing for over 6 weeks. Anyway in the end temptation was to much and I gambled most of it back (which is exactly what they wanted) and the rest of the money which I deposited of €14000 euros I had become so desperate that I was crying on the phone and then all of a sudden it was paid back but I believe I never would have received the big win in my account. It’s an absolute SCAM avoid at all costs

Thought I try a new casino,after I deposit 20 euro I win 248 euro when I went to withdraw they blocked my account I was locked out for nearly 2 weeks before I finally got back in and after chatting with them trying to get my account open they wanted selfies of my face next to my bank card multiple documents etc even though when I signed up I gave the info they needed,I told them in chat I was screen shotting all the messages and posting them online then also will not be using Mr green ever again and go back to my trusted Paddy powers that I been using for years it's a terrible site to use and I can't believe they even have adverts on TV promoting their website,will never use this site again and I would advise that anyone reading this doesn't use it either,I'm not surprised they got bad feedback.

AVOID AVOID AVOID , This casino in 29/9 allow me to deposit 1500£ , while i was playing after few minutes they logged me out and locked my account for no reason , i contacted them everyday for 30 days with no updates, the live chat service is useless and not helpful and keep saying there is no update for 30 days !!!!! There is no support no phone number that you can call !!! Basically its a SCAMMMM and fraud , i contacted the authorities to sort my problems
Imagine few seconds they allow you to deposit and i did 1500£ , few minutes later they locked your account with no reason no update , and they take your deposit money !!! Your rights by law should have them back !!!! Today is the 16th days with NO update NO refund NOTHING AT ALL
