As soon as we met Kara from Mr & Mrs Clarke Estate Agents we knew we were in good hands. She was professional but with the human touch. No question went unanswered, and all our concerns were addressed immediately. This led to a smooth and timely sale. We highly recommend this company.

Beth was really helpful and responsive, moving house is a stressful process but Beth was always available and was very empathetic when navigating the tricker aspects of the purchase. She managed all the key stakeholders effectively and was always happy to help.

I'm so glad I found Mr & Mrs Clarke to market my home. Having trialled a leading national agent, we were left underwhelmed at how little interest and effort they put into really getting to know our house and us as clients - Edd was the total opposite. He really 'got' our house, and marketed it in a way that attracted the perfect buyers.

Beth Shaw was lovely to deal with when purchasing our house. She was always available to either WhatsApp or call, with anything we needed to ask - big or small. She is very understanding and empathetic. She also has some great contacts/recommendations for local trades people. We would highly recommend Beth.

We are so glad we chose to work with Edd Holt when selling our house. At the photo shoot for the creation of the online brochure Edd and his team ensured our house was presented in the best possible way. It felt like we were on a film set!! Everything else was taken care of by Edd from then on, until the sale was completed. The communication with Edd was excellent, on some occasions speaking a few times daily to arrange viewings, agree the sale price and subsequent queries that are to be expected in any house sale. We definitely felt as though we received specialist treatment rather than being a number on a list of properties with one of the larger estate agent chains. We would recommend Edd and Mr & Mrs Clarke 100% and would not hesitate to use them again in the future

Excellent people to work with, Mike was honest and friendly showing me around, nothing hidden in the Sale. Kept in contact all the way through and was kindly waiting over an hour delay when I got stuck in traffic to get my keys. He even gave up time to open the flat for me to go measure for my new sofa before completion

We have just moved in to our first home.Mike was brilliant from day 1. The house looked amazing and he secured it for us the day we viewed it. We were worried we might end up in a bidding war with other families and being first time buyers might have gone against us but Mike contacted the seller straight away with our offer and immediately took it off the market without the worry of having to go to last and final offers. He worked around our schedule to view the property multiple times and answered any questions we had and sometimes responding late into the evening after business hours which helped a lot as our conveyancing had a few complications.
