First time involvement with Mike. As a buyer the experience was easy, very professional and relaxed.
The whole process was excellent and held at a very high standard. Immediate response to any question or query day is night. Outstanding. I have had several meetings with estate agents In the past but none come within a mile of the standards experienced here.

From the moment we met Edd Holt at a viewing at another property, we knew we wanted him to help us sell our house. His approach and knowledge about the house were impressive.

We were not disappointed with the level of service and support that we received. The whole process was so smooth, and we felt supported all the way.

The photos of our house made it look like something out of the Country Living Magazine; we actually commented that they gave potential purchasers a natural feel for the house.

Best of all they managed to achieve substantially more than the marketed price.

She was passionate, personable, knowledgeable and most importantly, invested in us as a customer listening to our needs.

It's an end to end service from viewings and advice to handing over the key at the end. Individually tailored to your house and needs.

Kara Flynn was our vendors agent when we were purchasing our property near Warwick. Kara was an absolute superstar from beginning to end, keeping us updated constantly and responding really quickly to every query. The purchase was a fairly drawn out process, without Kara’s excellent communication skills and calm demeanour it all would have been a lot more difficult. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a house with Mr & Mrs Clarke as the Estate Agent for the process.

Paul was incredible throughout the viewing and offer stages, always responsive and helpful, and super friendly.

After the offer was accepted, I dealt with Grace who was exceptional in her communications - clear and approachable so I always knew where things stood and that I could go to her with any questions / concerns and that I would get a swift response.

Overall it was an excellent experience, one that I would look to repeat in any future purchases!

My review is regarding our experience with Tish who was such a delight to work with. She was very personable and delt with us so professionally. She showed us one of the properties that she was responsible and made it a very memorable experience. Not only did she know all the minute details about the property but she was also thought to let us know about all the activities around the area. She was well prepared and brought us a custom made document to highlight all the major attractions around the area including the popular cafes and nearby experiences to try. Even though we did not end up getting the property but kept in touch always trying to be supportive and helpful in our search for a perfect home! I'd love to deal with agents like her all day everyday. Thanks for giving this wonderful experience.

Selling a house can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be…enter Mike.

We recently sold our home whilst living abroad and my wife and I can not recommend Mike enough as a data driven, rapportful, industry disruptive estate agent.

From the marketing of our property, to the staging, to the out of hours WhatsApps, to having a list of contractors to help with snagging when we are out of the country, Mike will go above and beyond for you and your buyers to have a good customer experience.

We sold our home with Kara, Mr and Mrs Clarke Warwickshire.
The experience was entirely different to any other house sale I have completed.
The way MMC market homes is unrivalled, the professional photography from Rachel was incredible and really showed off how special the home was.
When we booked the valuation I already knew I wanted to use Kara because I had seen how MMC marketed homes but I thought they would be significantly more than a high street agent because of how amazing they are but they are very competitively priced!
I didn’t have to stress or chase things throughout the process with solicitors because Kara was on it all the time.
I’m only sad I’ve moved out of the area so won’t get the chance to work with Kara again. But the next time I do sell a house it will most certainly be with MMC. Hopefully I can experience buying with MMC too. Thank you x

From start to finish Mike was, quite simply, brilliant. Moving house is one of the most stressful things a family can do and we were no exception! But Mike was always quick to respond, gave balanced and evidenced backed advice and made us feel we had someone reliable and more importantly, human to call on. Some estate agents adhere to the traditional stereotype of perhaps making it all about money. But Mike was different; personable, supportive and professional all the way.
