If you had a -100, I would use it. This company is a cheating scam. No one knows what the other is doing. I ordered 2 pair. Mine was marked wrong and too small. No ortho insert either. NOT FOR DIABETICS. I filed with PayPal and they are trying to get me to drop the charges. PP and I are done after 20 years. I will not trust them with my card again. I will not use them for anything! They are trying to force me to drop the case. I filed with my bank because it was a bank card through PP. They have the investigation on hold waiting for a response from the this ripoff company. They have offered me $40, 10, 15, return at MY expense, a coupon to use at their site (right?Uhm NO!)you get the point. After weeks of disputes with them and many conflicting emails, they agreed on $40. for one pair.Now they want me to drop the investigations totally before they will refund. No way. All the grief they put me thru and they want me to trust them? They sent me a statement saying the bank put it on hold. They don't get that they MUST respond to the bank, not me. Still waiting for my $40 refund on $49.99 shoes=just to stop the madness.. Never again will I buy from cheap China. They don't have ethics and have already threatened me. August, Sept and now Oct full of grief. I warned them I would give a bad review. I guess they think we're all stupid Americans. We're just too trusting that we will not be cheated.. If Trust Pilot wants the emails, I have them all. Note: Today my bank reversed all of the the charges and now M@@ wants money for one pair. After months of aggravation, I don't feel they should be getting anything. They owe me a pair of correct shoes.DON'T HESITATE TO FILE A CHARGEBACK FOLKS and don't settle for anything less than you paid originally. I am happy with my bank, but disappointed with MQQ customer service. Now they are nice and asking me to refund them for one pair. I don't know, should I offer then $10 and a coupon for $20 off?

This is like throwing money away sloppy workmanship . I didn't know the shoers were from china. Not worth $5.00

orthopedic, pain relief. I don`t think this company knows what those words mean. The 2 pairs I bought had hard plastic soles, that didn`t even bend with my foot. I asked to return them and get a refund. They told me it was better if I keep them, they would give me $15. After a few more emails, they offered me 20 and I keep the shoes. After everyday for a week going back and forth with what I think must be artificial intellegence, I reported it to paypal­, who immediately refunded my money. I never give my credit card on the internet. If a company doesn`t offer paypal, I don`t order from them . Here is proof why!!

Horrible company to deal with,. I asked in multiple emails when I'd receive my order, MQQ sent a generic template email to refer to the shipping company. MQQ never told me that it was coming in 2 orders, I never received my first order. MQQ lists a customer service number that no one answers and good luck with the emails. MQQ refused to help me with the first half of my order and wanted me to send more money if I wanted the first pair of sneakers I never received. Just because the delivery company DHL said they delivered it, it's gospel to MQQ. BTW the shoes aren't even "orthopedic" don't waste your money by USA , at least US companies have real customer service numbers and send emails from a real person. MQQ RIP OFF!!!

The shoes are of poor quality, and they will not last very long in use.
I am requesting a return authorization.
Upon return, they would only credit $80 of a charge of $89.99 plus they would not pay the return transportation. The return cost return the shoes to China was more than the original charge. It is a scam!!!!!!!

These shoes were advertised to be designed for people with diabetes and with a wide toe box.
We bought them on Aug 2, 2022. We finally received them on Sept 2o, 2022. They were called Professional Satkebard Shoes. They couldn't spell skateboard correctly. They are cheap and low quality.
We were ripped off. No receipt in the mailed package, no return address, no info period.

Do not try to return shoes to this fake USA company that is in China. Terrible experience so don't believe the return policy. I was told to keep the shoes that are 2 sizes larger than they should be and they would give me a $20 discount on my next order. This is from their email: "If you keep the shoes and don't know what to do with them, you can give the shoes you received as a birthday gift, or sell them locally, or give them to your family or friends, nephews or friends' sons, etc." I will never order anything from this joke of a company. They deserve a negative review for customer service.

On September 7, 2022 I placed an order for a pair of shoes that I’m still waiting for from MQQShoes. What I’m concerned about is that in their own add it states that the shoes are shipped from their nearest warehouse. It states that they have warehouses all over the world. It actually says that they have warehouses in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and China. I live in Texas in the USA. Even Hawaii would be closer to me than China. I just hope that the shoes are comfortable and worth the wait only time will tell. Therefore it sounds like they have deceived a lot of people.

Stay away from these so called ortho shoes …. Cheap junk that is spray painted… was sent the wrong size, which was their mistake… to send them back the shipping charges are outrageous… so they offer to give u 10.00 back..that’s how they make their money on these cheap shoes…stay away…

Indeed this was the best money spent ever. I love my two pair of walking shoes. They are super lightweight and unbelievable comfortable.

Actual Rating -10 Stars. I had ordered 2 pair of shoes from MQQ. 1 pair of orthopedic sandals and the other orthopedic walking shoes. Both pair are of very cheap material and are way undersized. They were not cheap but looked the part. very flimsy and I doubt they would last a month. They are made in China and takes forever to receive shipment which makes it impossible to return. STAY AWAY FROM BUYING. If i could give (-) negative str rating it would be -10

Got to give it to you all straight. Took 30 days for delivery, without update and tracking communication initiated by Mqqso. Multiple emails were initiated by during the wait time. I’m going with a 5-star review, because this company has great customer service, in that they responded to each of my emails within hours. And, more importantly, the 2 pair of shoes we ordered fit my husband perfectly. Shoes run true to size, are comfortable, very stylish and fashionable, and seem to be a great value for the money. I will be ordering a pair for myself, when I’m not in a hurry for them (just in case I experience another lengthy delivery).

I ordered 2 pair of these due to the positive reviews, and I am not impressed. Comfortable when I stood up and took my first few steps, but the shoe moves up and down at the heel when I walk, which in turn sucks my socks down into them, and I actually purchased half size smaller than I would normally wear, so my normal size would have made it worse, the shoe would have worn like a flip flop. The cost to return them is probably too high, and will take too long to get the refund, is not worth the trouble.

Does anyone know how long it took them to receive their sneakers? I placed my order on 8/11 today is 8/19 and tracking still says it's in China!

My order for the Women's MQQ Relieve Foot Pain Perfect Outdoor Walking Shoe came yesterday. They are too big, there is no orthotic foot insole inside them. I also bought the 2022 New Popular Women's Arla Primrose Sandal that arrived yesterday. The sandals have no orthotic foot bed, are not what was on the MQQ Shoe website. I have asked for a refund because neither pair fit me. They are avoiding my request for a refund.

I purchased a pair of MQQ walking shoes after foot surgery. They accommodated my tender swollen feet. And the cushioned ride has gotten me started being the active person that I am with great comfort. I’ll continue to purchase these shoes once I’m healed. They’re so comfortable!!

My shoes came in last weekend. I'm on my feet all day, and by the end of the day, my feet, back, and knees are killing me, walking on a concrete floor all day. I wore them around the house on the weekend, felt great. I wore them to work all week, and I must say, at the end of the day, by feet feel great. My feet usually are burning by days end, and my back aches. I love these shoes, I bought 2 pair for me and for my wife, she runs and walk and just bought a $200 pair of running shoes, she says she wish these had come in before she bought the $200 sneakers. I have no complaints, I just hope they can hold up to the wear and tear that I put shoes through. I wore a yellow pair out to dinner with friends, and 2 of the other couples wanted to know where I got them, and ordered a few pairs as well. I had paid $1100 for inserts for my others shoes, which didn't help and I didn't even need them for these shoes. Only compliant it takes to long to get them. I see other versions/brands on amazon, but I'm afraid to try them. I have finally found a pair that I really love.

I love the pain relief mqqshoes I purchased. My feet and back pains continue to get better. I can't wait to get the pair I just ordered. Just one request. Please bring back the gray color. The size I first ordered fit, but just barely, so I was sure to order a size up this time.

Being in the Military most of my life and wearing Government issued combat boots that never fit properly, my feet now are a total wreck. These shoes are absolutely the best fitting and most comfortable shoes I've worn. They are easy to slip on and you don't need a shoe horn to do it. I wear a size 12 4E depending on who makes the shoe. When They say "wide shoe," the mean it. These shoes are wide and true to size. These MQQ Sneakers are intended for walking and high-activity sports. Wear them for their intended purpose and you wont have issues. I love them and especially recommend them for people who have serious back problems. They can be easily slipped on without having to bend over and tie the shoe. They look good enough to wear just about anywhere and the price is right for what you get.
