Great value and support got everything sorted

I recently ordered an iPhone 17 Pro with a Mozillion phone plan after already being a Mozillion SIM-only customer. The deal itself was excellent value compared with other networks, and the order/dispatch process was quick.
My case was a bit more complicated because I wanted to keep my existing Mozillion number and move it onto the new phone contract. There was some confusion at first about whether this could be done internally, and I also had an issue with the first eSIM QR code not displaying properly.
That said, Cristian and the Mozillion support team helped me through the process, arranged the number to be assigned to the new contract, and resent the QR code. The replacement QR code worked perfectly and my eSIM is now set up successfully.
Overall, I’m very happy with the price, the phone plan, and the fact that support stayed with the issue until it was fixed. Good value and a good outcome. 5 stars.

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service from Mozillion.

I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max that was advertised and sold as brand new. The moment I opened the box, I discovered a visible chip and damage to the device. I immediately documented everything and provided clear evidence to Mozillion, expecting them to do the right thing and resolve the issue.

Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Despite providing evidence, they have continuously fobbed me off with generic, scripted responses that appear designed to delay rather than help. Every interaction feels like speaking to someone who either hasn’t read the information provided or simply doesn’t care. There has been no ownership, no accountability, and no meaningful attempt to put things right.

What makes this even worse is the amount of money involved. Customers spend a premium expecting a premium product and a reasonable level of after-sales support. Mozillion delivered neither. I have effectively been left with a damaged device while the company hides behind repetitive template replies and refuses to provide a satisfactory resolution.

The entire experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and frankly unacceptable. A company that sells expensive devices should stand behind the products it supplies. Instead, I have encountered indifference, incompetence, and a complete lack of customer care.

I have lost all confidence in this company and will be exploring my legal options. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from Mozillion proceed with extreme caution. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a faulty or damaged device, don’t expect them to take responsibility or provide the level of support that any reasonable customer would expect.

DID YOU CHECK THE FAIR USAGE POLICY FIRST??
well i didn't and ended up getting my account suspended after using only 3000 minutes in this month even incoming calls got suspended for the next half of the month if you are someone who uses phone calls regulary stay away from them as 3000 minutes is only 50 hours which i consumed in 15 days
here is the terms and conditions :15.1 We may Suspend any or all of Our services you use without notice if:
(l) If you use more than 3000 voice minutes in a single calendar month, or if you use more than 200 SMS messages in a single day without prior approval.

New sim free phone

Researched different deals for the phone I wanted and this company came out best. Easy to navigate website and choices re size of software etc. Placed order (on a weekend) and received the phone within 3 days and regular updates given. Would use them again.

Not impressed so far…

Only been with them over a week and I’m
Not keen at moment. Every step is tricky, more: phone takes days to deliver comparatively to other companies who can do next day… Grumbles: the eSIM didn’t arrive either and I had to chase it, which is 24 hours to get a response as no direct chat other than a bot. Finally got the eSIM, found the data wasn’t activated so had to contact again. Number porting set for a week after I’ve received the phone despite advance ordering.
I hope it gets better!

Placed order with this company used affirm in checkout all fine processed order loan was set up emails to confirm no emails from mozillon so phone them spent over 6 hours on phone then ringing affirm every time getting a different answer then tell me I need to the order again so at this I have a hard search on my credit report no order for phone and £41 a month loan payment for nothing I have no trust in this company cancelling the loan after reading other reviews was also told that I would receive an email with a discount code still waiting

Cheapest route to be on EE

Seamless, easy process, well communicated with & it’s a lot cheaper way to stay on the EE network.
The only drawback is that the Mozillion app doesn’t seem to work (iOS user).
