Great prices, speedy service and a shop that really builds a community around it's customers and their beloved games.

Less than 24 hours after I ordered, my item was delivered. It was so well packaged and at a great price. I'll certainly be using them again for more board games.

Prompt delivery, would have been done if royal mail hadn't messed up the delivery, no reflection on mox in the hole though, they sent out when they were meant to.

The best Gaming Store in the Multiverse! I reconnected with MTG during the pandemic after a 10 year hiatus, and Mox made everything super easy for me to restart the game! I always felt welcome in the store and also during the prerelase&draft events! Mox always has great selection of singles, boxes and board games! And most importantly amazing and very friendly staff! It’s always very nice to talk to them whenever I’m at the store! Thank you Jamie, Mark, Jo and Matt!

Fantastic store for playing Flesh and Blood. Mox has great prices on sealed product and singles. The local armouries are always great to play some FAB, have a good laugh, and make some new friends. I would highly recommend the store to anyone in Edinburgh, whether you're a new player looking to get started, or a grizzled veteran looking to lose to a high skilled Boltyn player.

Mox are consistently the best shop to go to for all my hobbies. Prices are excellent, staff are a good laugh and happy to help and they have a really great space for card games and mini war games.

Great customer service , however the Terrain for wh40k was okish. Missed smaller ruins for competitive play, all ruins were the same (9x9in), whereas you need some 3x6in ruins for UKTC format. Otherwise it was great experience.

This store used to be my go-to store in Edinburgh for all things MTG, but after a recent change of ownership to Jamie, there has been many questionable decisions in store. From implementing an unnecessary booking system which has ruined Commander night, to outright giving newer players expensive promos while giving penny stocks to players who have been attending the store for years. Also, some of the staff seem to be only polite when it's beneficial to them. Really disappointed in the direction of this store since the new ownership, and I don't think I'll be coming back soon.

This shop attracts a big community of local players. It’s a nice place to meet great people and have fun.
This as well as friendly staff and reasonable prices make it IMO best place for TCG players in Edinburgh.

Mox in the Hole is a fantastic friendly local game store, with great prices on their products, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a vibrant community filled with all kinds of TCG and tabletop gamers. I've been coming here for the last couple of years and have made some great memories. Would highly recommend!
