I purchased from this company before so I was reasonably confident about buying again from them.
However, when the goods arrived both were faulty and of quite poor Quality.
I emailed the company and attached photos late on a Friday afternoon. To my great surprise I reviewed a response within 10 minutes during which time ‘Jez’ had physically checked remaining stock, picked 2 replacement items and organised shipment of the replacements.
Superb customer service from a reputable and trustworthy on line retailer. No augments, no nonsense, no blaming couriers or suppliers. Just great service.

My awful petrol mower was taken away dealt with and delivered back better than it had been when new. Excellent communication efficient service and a team that knows what they were doing. I wish I had purchased my mower from here they deserve the trade. It will be my go to store in the future. Can’t thank you enough !

I cannot express how truly grateful I am to this company. I have been trying to purchase a specific mower for my husbands birthday for 3 months and incurred nothing but problems, I decided the internet was not the best place to do this so gave this company a call, I had a lovely gent on the phone who said they had one in stock in the system but he would go and personally check. He came back and said that he had one left. I was absolutely thrilled. I encountered another couple of issues (my fault not theirs) each time I rang them back and was greeted with helpful, friendly and polite staff. I was advised this item would reach me on Tuesday (28th May) due to the bank holiday. Turns out, my order was here today - less than 24hrs after purchasing. And now is here in time for my hubbies birthday. (I had given up all hope of this happening) my husband is absolutely thrilled with his present - even though he’s not allowed to build it up until his birthday.
The staff were brilliant, I cannot thank them enough. I’ve already been spreading the word at how great the company is to my colleagues as they have been hearing about the lawnmower saga for so long. My husband will be purchasing more from here and we are hoping for a trip down to have a look around the store in the near future. Many thanks again to the company and all staff. I really am very grateful.

Decided to go elsewhere when they couldn't be bothered to return calls or answer several emails.

Response to reply - I not only gave detailed mower info, I also attached clear photos of all labels identifying the mower completely. I am still awaiting a reply from my email of two and a half weeks ago. I called and was told that they would respond to the email for sure - still waiting.....

If I could give this company more stars I would not hesitate. I purchased a Sherpa Bravo Brush Mower for the farm last week from MM and was very impressed from the get-go. Answered all my questions quickly and were very helpful regarding the choice of machine. Price was very good, really excellent communications and within 2 days from first ordering, machine delivered to the door on a pallet and by a company who also took great care with things. Absolutely cracking service. Top marks for the Mower Magic boys from me in particular Don and Sam.

I ordered a EGO leaf blower and a chainsaw plus some spares, I placed the order on Monday and received my order in full on Tuesday. Amazing service and very helpful on the phone. Placed an order for a carb and gasket on 04/09. Waited over a week and nothing arrived. Rang to query status of order and was told that only the carb was available in stock. I asked for carb to be sent and that I'd wait for the gasket. I was told I'd have to pay extra carriage to do that (note how the company isn't even prepared to stand the cost of putting a simple carb gasket in second class post). I asked them to get a delivery date from the supplier of the carb gasket and I was told that someone would ring me back to let me know......2 days later, still no phone call.
So why this company thinks it's acceptable service to keep a customer in limbo over an order (that's been paid for in full) for over a week without letting them know of the potential delay, I'm not quite sure.
Needless to say the carb and gasket has been sourced from elsewhere and I've asked for a full refund. Didn't particularly care for the attitude of the female I dealt with regarding status of the order....seemed like she couldn't care less.
Shall not bother with this company in future if they don't give a monkeys, which they clearly don't.

Best price found and only minor point is only getting notification of order receipt but no notification of the delivery.

I ordered two packs of Bosch Cutting Sticks for AMW Multi-Tool on the 28 July and after a week of no update on the order I sent an email. Still had no response to any emails I have sent and have now asked for a refund.
Very disappointing at the level of service and lack of response just to give me an update on the order is that too much to ask?
Mower magic have said they will refund me my money.
The item that I ordered was £9 and now their website is charging £18 for the same item…..something tells me that they just didn’t want me to have it at the cheaper price….would not recommend purchasing from them to anyone.
Complete letdown - avoid at all costs.
Ordered Lawn tractor for my husband for his birthday via their website on the 19/06/23. Money was deducted from my account on the same day. No problem.
About 3 days later a bloke from the company called to say item has been dispatched and I will be contacted by courier. I advised the guy that the entry to my road has "NO HGV" signs however we regularly accept deliveries with oil tankers, sewage removals, flat bed lorries with cranes dropping off bulk bag of building material. No problem. Next day I receive a phone call from the courier they have appointed booking delivery for the following week. I advice the lady on the phone about the access signage and explain in depth. She said no problem, they will likely come on much smaller then 18 tonne lorry but they will manage. Comes day of delivery, I book a whole day off work as its 9-5 delivery, waiting patiently. 9.30am courier company calls and asks if there is another access to my property as the one from the A road is signposted as "NO HGV". OH WOW Genius!
So the rest of my is spend back and forward making frantic phone calls to Mower magic and the courier, neither of which are keeping in touch with me to keep me updated. Nothing is happening and by about 4pm it is pretty obvious there will be no lawnmower. I receive pathethic email form Magic mower with picture of the access point from the A road, like I dont know what it looks like, and just a oh sorry the courier will not deliver. THANKS VERY MUCH FOR ZERO EFFORTS. Why would Magic mover not proceed to look for alternative courier, one that can actually be bothered to deliver? Because it is so much easier to cancel the order and let customer down.
WHY ARE THEY STILL HOLDING MY MONDAY, one week later after the failed delivery!!! I'm sure they will have someone to blame for that also. So now on top of everything I need to deal with opening credit card dispute as there is no communication from the company to keep me informed of what is going on. Should I be chasing them to make things right? What do you think... You have been warned.

I bought a 6 litre Sherpa sprayer in late March , my best garden purchase ever. Unfortunately it stubbornly stopped pumping out spray.
Returned it for repair. The returns procedure was simplicity itself and I have it back just 2 weeks later and it works just fine.

I placed an order on 29th May for an item as showing in stock. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I contacted them to be told the item was in fact not in stock but was due in very soon and would be dispatched in a couple of days. After a further week, again I contacted them to be told they had made a clerical error. The only reason I’ve not given a 1 star review is the person I spoke to was polite, apologetic and issued an immediate refund after I requested one. Unfortunately not good enough and I can’t recommend this company. I will now be ordering the product elsewhere.
