Pickup was a few days late but delivery was perfectly on time, and my vehicle was in good conditions.

Ann held my hand all the way through!! This was my first experience with shipping vehicles. I was a bucket full of nerves!! I would text Ann, and she reassured me with every question I had. The day of my pickup Ann texted me all the information I needed. The driver Demitrii was awesome and professional! My vehicles were ahead of the scheduled time frame.

Very efficient and and responsive to my needs. Pick up was timely as well as drop off

Moverjet Adam hooked me up with transpiring my 2014 Smart Fortwo to From Lansing, MI to Long Beach, CA. I called him on Wednesday November 13, 2024 and he found me a transporter for Friday, November 15, 2024. After reading about so many nightmares this industry is known for, I thought I'd err on the side of caution and shoot for earlier than the car place needed it, which was Monday, November 25, 2024 He and the driver both assured me the car would be there by Friday, November 22, 2024. Adam didn't charge me a deposit until he found a driver. The transporter company didn't charge me until delivery. My baby arrived on time and for the price quoted. Some quoted smaller prices and quicker times, but wanted me to pay advance before services were rendered. It's my understanding that Moverjet's way is the standard way reputable dispatchers operate. I'm using then again to ship from San Francisco to Michigan

I worked with Ann and she was a great help. She helped me with the details so i was not worried about being scammed. I work with her again in the future.

I moved from South Florida to Washington state for a job, pretty much the furthest trip within the US you can make. I had no one to receive the car there but me after my flight, which was my only request upon placing the reservation. The driver was kind and communicative from the beginning, he met me on time by my home and got my car safely to the destination. He was even able to arrive early and arrange to keep it in a lot near the airport, where he met me in person to hand the car over and finish payment.

I paid exactly what I was originally quoted, a competitive, relatively low cost, and they delivered their promises. I as able to load my trunk with personal items and place a bulky, covered up telescope in the back seat. Nothing was touched, the car arrived with lots of bugs, but untouched otherwise.

I’m very glad to have chosen them out of all the providers, and my fiancé is moving here soon so we will be using them for her transport as well!!

Moverjet was timely, and affordable for such a long trip that we needed. Our RV Trailer was in WA state while we moved to NC and they were able to get it and bring it out to us within 4 days of pick up. They were also very quick to respond to any inquiries I had. Would use them again if needed, and will recommend to others.

They engage me with calls all through, am not the type that calls. Am happy they engage me with calls, if the pick up time is going to change they always engage me ahead and it makes me feel safe.

I have used their service more than 3 times and have such great experience every time! Agent Ann Summer made the process so quick and easy, drivers were friendly and helpful. Price was great! Absolutely recommend them to anyone!

They helped me shop a Porsche 911 from NC to KY. Ann, the rep I talked to, was super helpful all the time, found a good carrier for me and kept me up to date with the progress. I had a great experience, the car made it with no problems and I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about shipping a car to another state.

Mover Jet Logistics did a fantastic job shipping my rare ‘67 Plymouth Belvedere GTX convertible from Montana to California! They did what they said they would do for the contract price, no hidden upcharges or changes in service. Fantastic! Was really pleased with the initial quote and ability to schedule car transport within a week of first inquiry. This was fantastic, much appreciated. Our car was transported quickly without any issues at pick up or delivery. So thankful!

Jane kept checking with me until the car was ready to ship and then they came up with several last-minute options for very cost-effective enclosed transport. I will definitely use Jane and MoverJet again! Keep up the good work!

Jane did a great job (as well as her assistant), in helping me with transporting two vehicles! One vehicle was dropped off (trade-in) and the next vehicle was picked up within 3 hours to bring back! Two great deliveries, and great communication throughout helping me with a complex need. I’ll definitely use MoverJet again if I need to move a car.
