I cannot say enough good things about Ines at Moverjet Logistics, she was incredible in shipping a car fast for me across the country from California to Maryland over a holiday week. The process to find the right company to ship a car is daunting and overwhelming, so many choices with everyone promising one thing or another. But Ines helped me through the process kindly and honestly, and made me feel comfortable through every step, from the initial signing of the contract to connecting me with the shipping company and the specific driver, and then following up after pickup and at delivery. She thoroughly answered every question I had, the price was fantastic, and both pickup and delivery were smooth despite it being a holiday. I would recommend Moverjet Logistics to anyone looking to ship a car, and specifically Ines Josef for being such a great and helpful contact.

Very smooth experience overall. Communication was easy since everything was handled by text, the price was better than a lot of the other quotes I got, and the car showed up faster than expected. The whole process was simple and hassle-free. I'd definitely use them again for the other two cars I still need to move.

I shipped two (valuable) cars from Indiana to San Diego to Hilo, HI with Ines from MoverJet "holding my hand" every step of the way (over 150 days from beginning to happy ending). This was not a simple move as the cars were moving across the country (in a snow storm) then across the Pacific to an island. Countless tasks, paperwork, signatures, approvals had to be made every step of the way. Due to the ocean transport, and one of the cars being an EV, even more unusual "hoops" were needed to jump through. With the initiative of Ines, the thoroughness, the calming counsel, I was confident we would be successful, and we were! Both cars arrived without a scratch, and it was a great reunion.
