Team are super efficient, whilst keeping you well informed on every step, including before and after Pickup/Delivery. Wouldn’t send a bike any other way!

It's been a week now and I've had no updates, not even a message to say the bike has been picked up.
No estimated times, absolutely nothing, and it says on their page to not contact them, I imagine this would be because of the excessive wait time?
This is the company the dealer chose to use not me, don't make the same mistake.
I should have had the bike delivered days ago by any normal standard.
If I was paying for this lack of service, I'd be after cancelling the job and getting my money back.

Moved 4 of my precious bikes from Kent to Lincolnshire. Very well packed and looked after. Well documented to show condition and proof after delivery. Moved and delivered exactly when I wanted so couldn’t be happier
