Appauling quality absolute rip off……I had a screen replaced. Two months later lines on it, faulty, replaced, rear screen in green replaced, same time. I took the highest triple protection and week later phone fell from bedside table 2feet even rear screen smashed despite protection. Massive row but I got a refund. Same time I had my phone done, bubbles didn’t disappear re done lifted off, refunded. Not a good word to say.

I tried them in M. E this is a scam the charge 40% more than the market price it's bad quality and the team is absolutely in professional I would not recommend them

The screen protectors get easily scratched. Look dirty, feel rubbery and gets dirty really easily. I military grade my butt. I've already been there and gotten someone to change it twice.

DO NOT GET THIS DONE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! -

Travelled an hour (from Middlesbrough to the Sunderland branch) to get my phone what I thought was ‘wrapped’… It is basically a front and back screen protector cover, with a sharp rim of plastic round the edges (uncomfortable to hold, and not very fusion protective) which not even a week has gone by, and it’s ALREADY PEELING OFF ON THE SIDES!!

£120 I paid for this done, as it was for my iPhone 16 Pro, I believed it would be worth it. No price list in the shop, no examples of what the phone would look like after, and nothing on the receipt to see the break down of what I paid, was told it was “max protection” from what I can see, my camera is still unprotected, and as some of the sides of my phone (in between buttons) and the front cover is not perfectly central, which can be very irritating due to it being a privacy screen.

I was told to “leave it in the paper bag for my phone to dry” on the day, luckily I had to get it out in Nando’s, as I had to transfer all my data to this from from my old one, and that is when I saw fluff under my front screen protector (of a brand new iPhone I got wrapped that hadn’t even came out the box prior) and immediately went back to go get it re done to be told “the shop has a major dust problem” There’s bubbles on the back that I got told would go, and some marks on the front that I was told “due to the machine needing updating, this can’t be helped when printing your front cover, but we will mark on the receipt next time you need a new front cover, you can have it free of charge”

A) that doesn’t sound promising it will even last B) believe it or not, you may get warranty, but it’s only activated ONCE you pay a £12 fee every time for them to replace anything (basically the cost of a good screen cover or good enough case anyway in my eyes) 😂

Joke of a company/service. VERY UNHAPPY. SAVE YOUR MONEY - I would email them to chase all these issues up, but judging by the other reviews I’m unfortunately seeing, I won’t hear back from them, or get a refund. Unfortunately I can’t add photos to show you.

An honorable company which agreed for a refund after their offices closed in my country.

Absolute rip off! You only have three locations in the UK, would not be surprised if you had none by the end of this year! I bought a better protector through Amazon and intend to keep it this way.

No where to be found when needed. They have removed most of the branches in UK and no where to be found. The life time warranty is scam when you can't find them

I had a very bad experience with your service and mall of emirates branch with the Branch Supervisor Mr. Ahsen

I purchased full body clear covering for my 2 mobiles, Samsung S21 ultra and Samsung S22 ultra on 17th April 2022 and I have paid Aed. 500+ for both phones, However while i was purchasing the same from Deira City Center your colleagues were did not inform me to hand over the removed clear sheet while replacing.

Today i went to Sharjah Al Zahia branch to replace the clear sheet, however they have told me they can not replace due to back clear sheet was removed by me and it was not available, i told them that i was really not aware of that since the staff from Deira City center was not informed me, however if it was informed earler iwould keep the same thing in my valet and bring it you which is not a big deal, neverthess i did not know the same.

After that they called their Supervisor from Mall of emirates branch Mr. Ahsan (i am not sure his correct name, you can check with Sharjah Al Zahia branch who i spoke) first of all, Mr. Ahsan was so rude and he didn't know how to deal with an unsatisfied customer, he was more worsting the situation by arguing with me and said this is their policy and he can not make any exception and i need to pay 50% of total cost. I explained all situation as i mentioned in the above, as i didnt know your policy and no one explained me, but he was saying it is not his problem and if your staff did not inform me, it might be a communication problem.
Mr. Ahsen totally disappointed me and said he dont care my concern since he care the company policy only.

This is absolutely wrong, since you are a customer oriented company you will have some exceptions rather go with rules only and irrespecting and neglecting customer request.

I trust you will do the needful since i didn't know to return the removed clear sheet as none of your colleagues were explained.
If you really wish yoir customers to be satisfied and return their loyalty towards to you, i am expecting a professional approch from you since you already have my money with you, neither you enjoy customer unhappiness.

Not replying to email.. why??

Paid £50 last November to have my phone wrapped in Barrhead shopping centre and was told if the wrapping becomes unstuck bring it back and for a fee of £12 we will re wrap it. Went yesterday as the wrapping is starting to peel and guess what it appears they have closed for good and also there seems to be no Mobile fitters in Scotland. Waste of £50.

Have been trying to phone/email repeatedly and no response at all. I had the product applied in Dubai and told it was guaranteed and any problems it would be replaced in UK. On having a problem however- no way to contact (that is answered). Very disappointing.

Better to take 50 quid and burn it. These lot are as big a cowboys as they come. Totally crap, lasted about a week. These bad reviews you see are here for a reason. Trust me, save your money. Bet any money the good reviews were left after a few hours of having the protector put on, wait and youll see how terrible these lot and their products are

Had my iPhone wrapped by this company at the Trafford centre Manchester the screen cover peeled off after about 6 weeks and because I didn't keep it they didn't want to know even though they could see it was no longer on the phone and I had a receipt
They claim to offer a Life time guarantee but only if you keep giving them more money
In my opinion the only guarantee you'll get with this product is disappointment

Terrible service. Screen protector had peeled off around the edges within an hour of having it fitted at a cost of £50. Took it back only to be told by one of their staff that it is because their screen protectors are slightly larger than the Apple ones, therefore when you put a case on the phone, it makes the protector lift around the edges. Surely this is an example of something that is totally not fit for purpose. Trading standards should be made aware. My attempts to contact their Head Office to get a refund have been completely ignored. This company has a high profile stand in the Trafford Centre which leads consumers to think they are endorsed by The Trafford Centre when they are clearly not worthy of any positive endorsements having read their previous recent reviews. Avoid at all costs - if you want a screen protector either go to Apple, or do it yourself.... it'll last longer!

Tell you they will wrap the whole phone but they don't it had already peeled by the time I go it back 2 attempts they had and it still isn't stuck down tbh you could but anything off wish.com and it would be better than this

Went to Trafford centre after being recommended by family member can truly say this is the best Protection in the market for Apple and smashing devices it’s simply world class and what’s even better is the Anchor charging cable with the fusion bumper combo !!! Highly recommended the owner for the franchise is very passionate and a delight to speak true asset to the company .

I went and got fusion bumper on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I honestly don’t regret getting it done I drop my phone on a daily basis and it’s in immaculate condition no scratches and another thing I wish to point out is rather than selling a product they understand the customers what they need and offer great customer service. I can’t thank glasgow braehead team enough highly recommend and the reviews don’t do this company justice I believe people who don’t get their way out people off. Thank you Ram and team!

I brought the bumper case and and the screen protector during March 2020 and I have been trying to contact them as the screen protector has bubbles on it! And the bumper is broken… no response! AVOID the company! I spent £180 for 2 phones with lifetime warranty! There’s no such thing as lifetime warranty on this product

Poor online customer service

I had my Samsung s21 ultra fitted and a couple days later, there were bubbles in the screen protector.
I went back to get it replaced under their free 2 week warranty and then there were bubbles again a couple days later.
I contacted customer support for a refund and after a much delayed response they said they would ask HQ and get back to me.
It has now been months since I last got a response from them and I'm pretty sure I won't ever get a response or refund even though their product is not fit for sale

This is my third phone I have taken to Braehead to get wrapped and each and every time had no problems at all!!!!Went back today with a new phone to get same done and received excellent service from Ram!He was very informative and my phone was ready to be picked up when he said.The service I received certainly deserved 5 stars.....well done Ram and Thankyou.

Read the reviews and read the small print. The product is useless and the life time guarantee is worthless. iPhone cover peeled after 3 weeks! I was shocked that Junaid in Touchwood confidently declared that it was not an installation error since 14 days had passed it was a defective product and he was happy to replace this for ……£12. Read the small print, the product is useless and life time guarantee is misleading and customer service non existent.
