I’ve been a using Mous Cases since the 2.0 on my XR and gotten their cases ever sence. Dropped and banged my phone so many times and never cracked more than a screen protector. This company is amazing and they helped me out with a new case after I had some problems.

I bought a Mous case back in 2024 for my brand‑new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. After years of grabbing cheap cases from places like Amazon — cases that would tear, split, or fall apart within weeks — I decided it was time to invest in something premium and built to last.
I went for the Limitless 5.0 in Speckled Fabric: smart, sleek, and impressively rigid. I’ll admit, I was sceptical of the whole “unbreakable phone case” idea… but I’ve been proven wrong more times than I can count.
I’m an electrician by trade, so my phone lives in a pretty hostile environment. In my pockets you’ll usually find vehicle keys, cable cutters, screwdrivers of all sizes, and a Milwaukee Fastback knife. Most cases would survive maybe a month of that kind of abuse — constant scraping, knocking, and the occasional accidental drop when a tool catches the phone on the way out.
I’ve had moments where the phone has slipped from my pocket at the top of triple‑extension ladders, hit the ground with a brutal thud, and I’ve braced myself for the worst… yet every time, no broken screen, no bent frame, and barely even a scratch on the case.
Now, I wouldn’t recommend launching your phone 12–18ft in the air or throwing it off a dam like in the Mous videos, but those dramatic tests clearly prove a point. In everyday life — whether you’re a tradesperson, office worker, warehouse manager, machine operator, or anything in between — your phone is safe. Even a pilot could drop it mid‑flight and probably pick it up without a mark… alright, maybe that’s pushing it, but you get the idea.
Today was the first time the case finally showed some wear: the left side and bottom had separated slightly from the base. Honestly, I couldn’t be annoyed — after everything this case has been through, it’s a miracle it lasted this long.
So I checked the warranty. “Lifetime Warranty.” Perfect.
I filled out the online form — took about two minutes: description, purchase number, the usual.
Within an hour, I received a reply from Senior Customer Experience Advisor, Reuella.
Polite, kind, apologetic, and straight to the point. She sent me a link and screenshot showing exactly where to choose my replacement case. I picked the one I wanted, and the order was placed immediately — no hassle, no charge, no back‑and‑forth.
If more big companies operated the way Mous and their customer service team do, they’d have loyal, happy customers for life.

Mous products are of great quality. Specifically I use their mount cases which are perfect for everyday use and they seem to last forever.
On top, i was recently able to discover, that their customer support is no different. They have sent me the wrong phone case. Pretty quick i was able to get in touch with Rose from the support team and she said i can keep the wrong case for someone with that phone and they will send me free of charge the right case for my phone. Yeah, I'll give them a 5* review bases on the quality of their products. Was a bit unsure at first with the delivery cost but the item was dispatched the next day, and kudos also to RM for delivering it the day after i.e. two days before the promise date.

And not just “a little unsure.” No no. I’m torn like a camping chair at a music festival on day 4 🪑😂
I bought a MOUS case and screen protectors for my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and when you spend almost £90 on a case and two pieces of glass 💸 you don’t expect something that’s just “okay.”
You expect your phone to survive a minor meteor strike ☄️📱
And to be fair — the case actually feels really nice 👏
The materials feel premium, it fits perfectly, and you get that “wow, this is serious quality” feeling for the first few days.
BUT…
The screen protectors?
Oh. My. God. 😵💫
I’ve literally woken up to cracks in the glass without even dropping the phone. No action movie moments. No mountain climbing. The phone has basically just been lying still like a retired dad watching the evening news 📺😂 — and somehow the next morning the screen protector looks like a bus window after a Friday night in Aalborg 🚍💥
And that zoom/camera button on the side?
It feels like a feature somebody invented five minutes before the deadline 😅
It’s clunky and half-baked — like putting a spoiler on a Fiat Panda and calling it Formula 1 🏎️😂
But honestly, the biggest issue is this:
MOUS tries REALLY hard to be premium.
The ads scream “elite,” the YouTube videos show phones being thrown off bridges 🚀 and the whole brand acts like it’s the Rolex of phone cases.
…but when the screen protector cracks from hearing a door slam 🚪💀 the illusion starts falling apart a little.
And customer service?
I genuinely think it’s easier to get a response from a carrier pigeon 🕊️😅
To be fair:
The case itself is decent quality.
But it is NOWHERE near the level their pricing suggests. Reddit and other reviews seem super divided too — some people love them, others think it’s pure hype.
And honestly, that’s exactly how I feel:
MOUS has become a brand that sells the feeling of premium far better than the actual product.
Nice website. Nice marketing. Nice packaging.
But the product?
It feels a bit like buying business class… only to discover you’re still sitting next to the airplane toilet ✈️😂

Amazing customer service, my Mous Clarity 2.0 was badly damaged after years of being dropped, so I got in contact with Mous and within 2 business days I received a new phone case through the warranty. Fast response, easy warranty process. Real great.
Reliable Warranty
I bought a phone case from them, and a year and a half later the camera control button fell off. Because of their warranty, they mailed me a new one for free, I didn’t even have to pay shipping! I know some companies say they have a warranty but do everything they can to not comply with it, but this was quick and easy.

I purchased a Limitless 5.0 case for my pixel 8 back in 2024. Generally I was very happy with the look and feel of the case as well as the magsafe feature. However after few years of use, the case became loose and it didn't feel like it would protect my phone if I ever dropped it. I wasn't sure if the warranty was going to cover something like this especially after few years of use but I filled the online help and support form anyway asking for a replacement. It was straight forward, I also recorded and uploaded a short video to demonstrate the issue. I received a reply from the support team over the email on the next day. They sent me a link where I browsed the available cases for my phone, I confirmed which one I want and a few days after that they've shipped the replacement case. Meg from the support team was very polite and had a great can do attitude. The entire exchange was very easy, probably the best customer service experience I've ever had.
I will definitely continue to use the brand.
