I purchased a Lightweight Aramid phone case from Mous in early May. Being Aramid I expected it to be very tough - but it cracked on droping from a chair. I contacted Mous Customer Sevice through their website and they simply apologised and replaced the case in a few days (actually an upgrade to one of the Protective range). What excellent customer service from Mous.

I had an issue with my phone case, I explained this to the company via cistomer service, wich was very easy to reach. The experience was very great, I got an answer within a couple of hours and was very satified with the result. I Would definatly recconmend this company to friends an family.
