Great choice of cars.
I dealt with 3 members of staff, all were very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer care. A very easy transaction with no fuss.
That my 3rd car in a row bought from Motorpoint, I cant see me going anywhere else. Such a contrast to Arnold Clark

Top employees and Top buying experience, would recommend. Bought my car from Jack Lester, was brilliant the entire time with my buying experience.

Jack couldn’t be more helpful and made the whole process of getting car really quick and straightforward. Would recommend.

After sales in recent purchases of a car has been nothing short of abysmal.
Called day before collection to let me know rear reflector on bumper has cracked and will be replaced.
Told this fixed and ready for collection next again day.
Picked up the car and reflector had a clear bit of tape over it to fix it.
Had to book in to get replaced.once driven the car home also identified the boot shelf was broken, the petrol cap didn’t open.
A return appointment was required to resolve all of these issues.
However also identified the spare key for the car only opens the car but does not start the engine. Been told this is an emergency key to let you enter the car and that’s what came from the seller so nothing else can be done.
This was not as advertised as whilst have 2 keys, only 1 is fully operational which is of no use when car share with partner and pick up and drop off car and need a key each.
Upon checking with the brand (MG) they have confirmed that car (make and model) is sold with 2 fully programmed keys.
I asked for this to be checked when took the car in for repairs, didn’t get an answer on collection but an email next day.
I’ve followed up 4 times over nearly 2 weeks to complain about this to finally get the same response today.
Overall a really poor after sales experience and not one I’d recommend to others or will be using again.

Your staff Ral Chira was very helpful indeed and tried to answer all my questions. I understand he's still a trainee but he did well trying to resolve some of the minor issues I had ie me not having the complete service history of my car being traded. He managed to lessen the adjustment of my old car valuation because of the incomplete service history. Also, I requested copies of the service history documents of my new car and even though it took over a week, he was able to provide them. I am a happy customer :-)

Easy way to buy a car. No pressure sales is the way forward. Would go back again and highly recommend them . So much so my son bought a car from Motorpoint 6 days after us. Good job .well done.
