My motor had serious failure in the 1st week and they tried to refuse my early right of cancellation by saying they have a right to fix first, which is obviously untrue. They knew this is my mobility car but are determined to hold back some of my cash from a full refund. Scandalous company procedure. Avoid.

Good buying experience

The customer service is just terrible, they don’t care at all and don’t really have a clue what they’re doing. Had to go back a few times with problems, couldn’t get a call back to keep us up to date. Was told the car would be in one day, ended up in a week and had to chase them for updates to see what was happening. Worst customer service I’ve experienced buying a car.

Got an online price to sell my car which was reduced by over £500 when I went in-store.
Car is mint, reduction blamed on a late service.
29000 miles on the car, been serviced 3 times, go figure…..
The sales guy I dealt with was good incidentally. No issue there…

I like Motorpoint because there is no hard sell. The sales people let you look at the cars, if you see one you would like the keys for they give you the keys and leave you to look at the car on your own.
