Terrible company

Terrible company. I brought a car for over seven thousand pounds and after just one week the gearbox went. After I had it checked over by a mechanic he found that not only was the gearbox gone but three of the tyres needed replacing. It was leaking oil. And the brake pads was worn down to a dangerous level. I tried to contact them to return the car for a refund but I have been ignored. I am now leaving it to my solicitor to sort out as I want my money back. Please do not do business with this company.

had a great experience buying my car…

had a great experience buying my car from this dealership. The salesperson was friendly, patient, and never pressured me into making a decision. The whole process was smooth the paperwork. Everything was clearly explained. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a reliable car.

Poor aftersales care and very poor communication

Peter at motor gurus was brilliant from start to finish until I had driven away from the site and found there to be issues with the car. I am.now left in limbo while emails are constantly ignored. So great service and communication when taking your money and then when comes to sorting any legal issues out they forget you exist.
