One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. Delivery from Italy to Portugal took 5 weeks! More full month, which is already unacceptable. But after all that waiting, they sent me the wrong T-shirt.

This company is a complete joke. Slow delivery, zero attention to detail, and absolutely no respect for the customer. If they cannot even send the correct item after making someone wait for a month, they clearly should not be running an online store.

I will never buy from them again. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this company unless you enjoy disappointment.

The experience was great. I received the package exactly as described. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

This was a new product that was not yet available in stores in my country. I had previously purchased it directly from Italy from this seller. The goods were delivered in good condition, I am satisfied.

Very happy with the overall experience, especially as this bag is not currently available in the UK market.

The fact it can be locked to the bike and locked at the zip means I can carry tools on the rear rack (I am not using it as a crash bar bag) and carry free up pannier space.

The website is not great - I placed an order and website did not seem to accept cards. Trying to place another order and again website is struggling to execute without fuss. Delivery was good but the website needs serious attention.

First off, they had stock of everything I wanted. That says a lot because I'm in Canada and the only 2 companies that had inventory were motorcycle soul and a company in Florida. The company in Florida was more expensive and honestly I prefer not to purchase from the United States.

Service from motorcycle soul was impeccable but expect to wait for the Italian post to do any shipping. It will take a month.

However, in my opinion it's worth the wait since the order was packed accurately and the quality was great.

The website is a bit glitchy and hard to navigate if you don't know your product number but it you do know what you are looking for they have stock.

Great product, understanding service. They allowed a change of delivery address, and a change of size. Just that the return for the change was charged on my side, and the whole processing time take so long. The order was on mid/end March, and I got the final product delivered by mid May.

Ordered there shad side mounts for tiger sport 800, received no issue, the only drawback is slow deliver as i was waiting about 3 weeks. But that was mentioned during order

Ordered a helmet a week ago, still has not even been prepared for shipping. The information on shipping times on the website are clearly completely wrong. Will update once I actually receive the order.

I ordered a windshield and fitting kit. After the 8 day window to ship passed, I reached out to customer service to find out it was delayed from the manufacturer. That happens, that's OK, and I get the product about a week later. However, they sent the wrong fitting kit. I reached back out to customer service and had to send several emails to get a reply (a week later). The reply was that "they are busy" and the reminded the warehouse to send me a return label. They are waiting until I send back the incorrect part andbthey receive it into their warehouse before they will ship the correct part. I will update this review if anything changes, but I expect this to take weeks to resolve. Buy from somebody else if you have the option.
