Deceptive Refund Process - Stay Away!

I am extremely disappointed with BrixiaMoto regarding my order #M-2000010978. I have been trying to get a refund, but the company is using deceptive tactics to avoid paying.
When I first opened a dispute through my bank, they contacted me and promised that if I closed the dispute, they would issue the refund immediately. Trusting their word, I withdrew the dispute. This was a huge mistake.
It has been over a week since the dispute was closed, and I have received no refund and no response to my follow-up emails. My bank has confirmed that no transaction has been initiated from BrixiaMoto’s side. When I ask for a transaction receipt or an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number), they simply ignore me or claim "it's already done" without providing any proof.
This is unprofessional and dishonest behavior. They are intentionally stalling the process. I have now re-opened the formal dispute with my bank and will be contacting the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) to report this business.
STAY AWAY from this seller if you value your money and your time.

Sent the wrong part and then insisted it was the correct part. Refused a refund . I sent a picture of what they sent and the part advertised but they still insisted it was the correct one despite it being obviously different. Postage was also slow.

They refused to cancel my order before shipping and refused to refund


I placed order #M-2000011917 and requested a cancellation immediately. Brixia Moto refuses to cancel and insists on shipping the item despite my clear rejection. They are trying to force the sale and ignore consumer rights. I have already filed a chargeback with my bank and a complaint with the Italian authorities (AGCM). Avoid this shop if you want professional service. I will NOT accept the delivery.

Avoid

I ordered 2 piston kits but after 5 weeks of waiting for them to be delivered only 1 arrived. When I queried this I was told I had only ordered 1 kit even though the invoice stated 2. When I shown the invoice to them I was then ignored. I would 100% never use this company again.

AS OF THE 7/4/26 YOU HAVE STILL NOT ISSUED ME A REFUND AND ARE FAILING TO RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES. IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE POLICE FOR FRAUD.

YSS rear shock

I ordered my new rear shock from Brixia Moto because they were offering the best price I could find. I was happy to wait for the extra time it would take for shipping to reach me in the UK, but my order actually arrived really quickly anyway. My order was delivered safely in perfect condition, with useful shipping update emails throughout the parcel’s journey.

My order number is M-20000011339 I've been emailing for weeks at first I thought response really fast but then I released it computer generation respondes I ordered exhaust 1 month ago tracking has not updated for 14 days since it left for destination Country I've been forced to claim money back from my bank so somewhere there's a 650 euro end can floating about its really a shame that nobody monitors your emails as this could of been rectified id advice anyone who doesn't live near them or talk Italian duck it .. thanks for responding but honestly that is complete rubbish there's no customs issues atoll 41 days and as far as I know not been delivered no doubt this is another A.I responding

I returned some goods back for a refund but failed to get a refund

I returned some goods back for a refund and followed the ebay return policy as requested by Brixiamoto. I have sent proof of the return and of the tracked delivery but Brixiamoto have failed to refund the goods after 3 weeks of many messages and e-mails, some directly to their customer service dept. Beware purchasing from this company as they don't honour their returns
