One of Two Complaints Later and the Service Failures Continuee worst customer service…

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

Despite raising two formal complaints, MotoNovo continues to make the same mistakes and ignore basic communications. I am still receiving statements for an account that was settled.

I spent weeks emailing someone didn't take ownership of the issue, informed me of the change, or escalated my concerns. My emails were simply ignored.

The level of incompetence, poor communication and lack of accountability throughout this process has been astonishing. Even after multiple complaints, the service failures continue.

I have completely lost confidence in MotoNovo's ability to manage even the most straightforward customer issue. When I called to seek answers, the receptionist was unable to help and instead communicated with colleagues via chat while leaving me sitting in silence waiting for updates. Apparently, speaking directly to a colleague by phone to resolve a customer issue is now too much to ask.

A deeply frustrating, exhausting and unacceptable experience from start to finish. After months of chasing, I am still no closer to receiving clear answers or a proper resolution.

Trying to get through to these is…

Trying to get through to these is impossible! No one answers email, calls have constant long waiting times, no one answers online customer messaging. Its ridiculous. Im half way through my term and want to end the contract early due to financial hardship. Vehicle is in storage as I can afford to run it. For goodness sake just get in touch with me. Agreement number 22599260

Awful customer service experiences

Awful customer service experiences, I am acting on behalf of 71 year gentleman now, as he has been treated appallingly, no resolution of a simple policy cancellation after 2 months. Delay tactics and miss deadlines, now reported to the financial ombudsman for resolution, totally unnecessary and unacceptable business techniques
