They don't wash well, just another marketed product
I am very disappointed with laundry sheets and dishwasher sheets. And super dissappointed as they probrably has fake reviews, or deleting true customer experience reviews. My review wasn't published, tried again and wasn't published as well. So more or less they deceive new customers. This company has nothing to do with values they declare, it's just another marketing product. After washing remains stains and dirt on dishes. Tried to double sheets/per wash but result was the same. Same with laundry sheets, clothes remain with stains no matter different dosage i used.

Shipping within EU shouldn’t take this long
Read some reviews and despite a few negative reviews regarding slow shipping or orders not received, I decided to take a chance - surely it doesn’t happen to everyone, right? Have a lot of experience of online orders from the Netherlands and shipping’s usually very fast to Helsinki FI. Sadly I’m still waiting for my order which I placed on June 28th. A tracking number did come after 3 business days but there are no new updates since the package left the country and it’s been this way for 21 days! Products themselves seem promising but it’s not possible to review if they don’t arrive - Mother’s Earth need to get the shipping issues sorted out, it really shouldn’t be this difficult within the EU.

Fab Customer Service
I left Customer Service a message to ask them to delay and change my subscription quickly before the renewal was due, as I had plenty of sheets left. Mother Earth changed everything without any fuss, or asking me to do it myself online (which I was having trouble doing), and messaged me to let me know it had all been done. Thank you!

I ordered the fragrance free set: laundry, dishwasher and multipurpose sheets. I tested them all and must say i am convinced! I wish more people knew qbout this breakthrough cleaning hack of enzimes! Scam. They used my card for a subscription that I have not authorized.impossible to cancel or get a refund. Will have to cancell my own card to dont get more charges. Will denounce to local police and I advise everyone to do the same.

Lovely smell in the packet but doesn’t transfer into fresh smelling clothes once washed. Yellowing stain removal unsuccessful. Main issue is a recurring subscription that I can’t cancel because I never opened an account on website. Ethical business practice is questionable on this point especially when the only other alternative is email and the automatic response “we are experiencing high demand ……” and no other reponse beyond that. I can categorically say it was not apparent I was signing up to a subscription on first order. If it wasn’t for the fact the concept of product was ethical - it would be zero stars. Sorry.

For yellow stains, it's important to treat them as soon as possible the longer a stain remains in the fabric, the more difficult it becomes to remove. We recommend pre-treating the area by dissolving part of one of our laundry sheets in warm water and applying it directly to the stain before washing.
Our formula also does not contain active oxygen bleach. This means that very old or stubborn stains, as well as lingering odors that have deeply penetrated the fibers, may not be completely removed. Unfortunately, these types of stains can sometimes require a stronger stain remover.
We're also very sorry to hear about your experience with the subscription. During checkout, customers can choose between a one-time purchase and a discounted subscription, but we understand this may not always be clear. Please contact us at support@mothersearth.com with your order number, we'll be helping to cancel the subscription and review your case with you💚

The products have arrived. I ordered the dishwasher and washer detergents. They both work well. The results were as i have read in the presentation. I ordered the no scent products. On my next order i will try the scented ones. Overall, i am pleased with the product and will order again.
