Great customer support. Really like the spring breeze sent. Didn't enjoy the cotton one if I am honest. Wash the clothes well and would highly recommend.

Odors and stains remain
This product doesn’t do any of the promised things; i have kept using it for 2 months, but no stains removed, no odor removed.
For the good reviews the company gives discounts for later dates and you can participate as an ‘affiliate’, you get your own code, promote and get a percentage of the orders made from there.

For older or stubborn stains, we always recommend pre-treating them before washing.

We always make sure these situations are resolved. Our initial email was based on the tracking information, which showed that your parcel had been delivered. Before sending a replacement free of charge, we first need confirmation from you that the parcel was indeed not received, as it sometimes arrives shortly after the tracking is updated.
As soon as we receive your reply confirming that the parcel has not been delivered, we are happy to send a replacement order at no cost.

Safe formula
Safe formulation and donation to a good cause is a nice touch. However, it does not remove all stains for extra washing by hand is required to remove tough stains. Shipping to UK from EU was pretty quick.
