They took my money and i was never able…

They took my money and i was never able to register. They said technical difficulties which they never resolved so i was never able to utilize the service and they didn’t refund my money even after I made many requests that it didn’t work and to give me a refund. Going through my bank now.

Not worth it

Not worth it

Not worth the subscription fee and it really seems like you can never unsubscribe
They just charge your bank account every month
I want a refund and cancel my subscription

DO NOT BUY

Got the app on a Friday, realized I really did not want it, 4-week plan. Ask to have the application canceled and refunded. Their reply: Regarding your refund request, while we're unable to offer a full refund, as a gesture of goodwill, I can offer a 25% partial refund on your latest payment. I app really doesn't help you with clothes options, just shows what might look good on you. No store or when to buy just fashion looks. So, NO refund, paid for nothing.

Difficult to cancel--very unhappy with ability to contact this company!

First, I did not see where I was signing up for an expensive "subscription"--my bad, as apparently I didn't read (or even be able to find the "fine print"). But I have tried so many ways to cancel this subscription, to no avail. There is nothing in my profile on my app to "cancel" or even access billing.

Creating the Me I Want To Be.

I was very interested in getting started in Mosso. I am older and wanted to learn more about what suited me in terms of clothing styles and colors. With all the ads on Facebook it’s hard to tell what you get in any one app.
I was pleased with the color choices chosen for me. Hiwever when I looked at the clothes they displayed they were not my colors at all! And they were mostly heavier winter clothes despite it being spring. They had a picture of a cupboard with blouses that were hung up that were likely in my color range but you could not get any other view of them than hanging all together on a rod. The style that was suggested for me seemed to use 4 or 5 descriptors over and over. There was no hair section which I had hoped for and despite seeing constant ads for your archetype ( this is the wrong word). I never saw anything about that. I guess I wasn’t clear on how streamlined this program is. After doing those I found that there were 28 days of tasks to complete to create your own capsule, starting with learning what needed to be taken out of your current wardrobe and then working on creating your own. A style adviser could look at your items and give you feedback or help you get started. This was included. You have the option of wearing an item, using your camera and getting feedback on if it works for you.
I did order a double set of books but have to find where to download them and the program glitched on me when I tried to cancel one of the items I’d checked by mistake. It took me straight out of the webpage and I haven’t come across it yet.
While I haven’t used it much due to “life happening” I know I’m learning somethings and was thrilled to see my colors are ones I love and much of what they saidcabout styles was how I had dressed over the years when I worked. Some may find this program enough if they really like to search and shop for clothes.

You get into a trap in the links

You get into a trap in the links. You cannot logoff. You are then billed for things you never wanted. They tell you will be partially reimbursed. And gueuse what? It never happens. A complete trap and scam

Got stuck in middle of signup process

I tried to sign up for your service. Got to the point where I paid with my credit card. Went to the next screen and got stuck. I was asked for more things to add - with a fee - before I could go any further. I just closed your app. My credit card got charged. I asked for a refund today, and you said it was on the way.

FED UP

I just purchased the basic plan. I don't want addons or bonusses and especially an APP! No passwords! I only want what I have paid for. If you cant give it to me withhout all this mumbo-jumbo then CANCEL MY PURCHASE AND REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY, please.

Please be careful

Please be careful, it looks like a scam scheme.
The app is nothing like the ad promises. They try to work you into partial refunds. After exchanging many emails I was promised a full one which never arrived ( nor any sort of confirmation that the process had been initiated)

Beware, but did give refund

I purchased the service but have been unable to access it. No real instruction on how to set up a password for the first time. I have followed the suggestions on how to get set up but no email comes to my email address to set it up. I get email from them that appears strictly to offer suggestions so i know my email is working but no email comes to set up the password. It feels like a scam. No means to reach out other than email. No phone number or chat. I'd like to cancel and get a refund on this since I can't get into the app. 5/7/26 So they replied. Exact wording as another unsatisfied customer. I sent the email to them. So far no response same as the other customer. Don't waste your money. 5/18/26 update - Mosso did reply about 5 days after I requested refund. They did complete the full refund I 5/15/26, stating that the issue on their side had been fixed.

So far

So far, I'm loving how accurate this information has been and the boost in my ego. I've been feeling frumpy lately and I'm trying to decide if I should continue to color my hair or let the gray but also white, grow out. Should I cut my long, yet thinning hair daily? I just couldn't make up my mind on anything. So when I saw the ad for Mosso, I thought, why not? I'm excited to see how much I've transformed in 4 weeks.
