I made an appointment fully expecting to be told I couldn't have a mortgage at all due to my circumstances. Kayleigh went above and beyond, not only securing me a mortgage, but supporting and guiding me through the most challenging time, personally, I've ever had. She explained everything clearly, always had time for me, answered all my questions thoroughly and quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Even after securing the mortgage, they kept in touch, helping with the legal side of things and dealing with my solicitors to ensure everything stayed on track.
Millie was also really helpful and always available to answer questions and liase with the mortgage lender and solicitors.
