What is the matter John ? Your item has been sent Royal mail first class which is (not a next day delivery guaranteed) it is 1 to 3 business working days out of my control.
You should’ve request the next day delivery and pay extra if you want it next day why are you being so unfair?

I cancelled my order because.
I cancelled my order because the item was no longer available. I have emailed the company three times about refunding my money. Bank details have been given to them they do not reply explaining there reason for not refunding my money. I will never use them again.

Your part is on special order which you know, you contact us and said you got the part from another supplier so we agreed to cancel the order and give you a refund. You made a payment via bank transfer. We have asked you for your bank details so we could refund you, which we are still waiting on!
