Fantastic

From start to finish what a fantastic experience. Jo and Paula in sales were amazing at helping us choose our home!Great options to add more character to your home. The builders and all involved in making our house a home were phenomenal. Never have i seen such a fantastic new build.

We are previous owners of another development new build so we knew what to expect. No real faults “snags” with the property that wasn't an easy quick fix with kind and efficient staff. All site staff friendly and work hard . A big thankyou especially to Matt Roper. He had fantastic attention to detail and clearly takes a lot of pride in the work done at morris homes.
Matt, Jo, Paula and all staff so polite and helpful.
I would recommend to everyone if you’re looking for a new build developer, morris Homes has the best and a lot to offer!

Station Grange Coventry

I’ve been working alongside Jess for quite some time now as a mortgage broker, and after spending many Saturdays at Station Grange, I can honestly say she’s incredible at what she does.

The homes themselves are fantastic- the quality of the build and the level of specification really stand out, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into the finish and overall design.

Jess is always so welcoming to clients, nothing is ever too much trouble, and she genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for them. You can see how comfortable she makes people feel from the moment they walk in.

On a professional level, she’s brilliant to work with. She is proactive, efficient and always on it. We’ve built such a great relationship, which makes supporting our clients so much easier.

She’s a real credit to Morris Homes.

Excellent service from Jess at Station Grange

I called up to find out about available properties and the proceess of buying a new home (quite new to all this!) , Jess was patient with me and explained the process and was brilliant to deal with and I look forward to meeting Jess on site in the near future! Highly recommended!

Rivington park, Horwich

We came to view the show homes at Rivington park in Horwich without an appointment, but Hannah was so lovely and accommodating, we then booked an appointment for the next day, Hannah explained all the details about the development and showed us around all the lovely homes available. We came with our two young children, it was chaotic but Hannah was extra patient and took her time with us, she was so pleasant. Morris homes are of high standard even to the finishing touches, love the development.

Inconsiderate, Incompetent

They won't repair anything when you have newly moved in and ask you to contact the manufacturer. They have the guts to tell me to eat heated food and give my kids that, is that even healthy? So inconsiderate, unproffesional. It is your contractors who didn't fit the cooker properly so why should we suffer and make effort when it is supposed to be you who have done due dilligence?

Hunsbury Grange & St Michael's

We recently met Rob from Shelbourne Homes & Lynne from Morris at their grange & St Michael's site. We aren't yet reserved as just viewing, but really appreciated their transparency and honesty in handling our questions. It was great to see what stock was available and hear all that Shelbourne had to offer. We hope we can find the right home with Morris.

Professional and Friendly!

Today we reserved a property at the Greenmount Manor development in Bury, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Julie and Claire have been friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire reservation process.

They both went out of their way to ensure all of our questions were answered thoroughly and offered helpful guidance when it came to selecting the right extras and options for our home. Claire also worked closely with us to negotiate an offer that we felt comfortable with and helped us secure our chosen property.

The whole process has felt relaxed and unrushed, and the team have been extremely accommodating at every stage.

We are now looking forward to completing in the next few weeks and moving into our new home.

Outstanding customer service in Northampton

We recently put a reservation in a house after weeks of deliberation in Northampton. The one thing that made all the difference was the assistance of Michaela. She was ever so patient with us no matter how many times we returned to ask more questions. She answered all the questions fully and got the other answers that she didn’t have in a timely manner. When she said she would let us m ow, she always did. Michaela was so lovely even standing in the house with us and giving us design ideas and really listening to what we wanted in our home and worked with us to make that a reality. One Saturday I think she spent nearly the whole day with us going through papers, pulling out blue prints to answer yet more questions, and going back to into the house to help us visualize the space. She never ever made us feel like we were being too much or that the next question wasn’t welcomed. Michaela was never impatient or hurried us. Just an incredibly friendly vibe and a lovely “here to help you” attitude. She genuinely cares about the customer and wants them to be happy which is a rare find in this business. And in the end we made the reservation for the home because of the expertise and help she provided. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think we would have got there. Michaela really went above and beyond and we are seriously grateful for her help. We are looking forward to moving in. Thank you so much! It was an absolute pleasure to write this review!

We walked in without an appointment to try and see if they had capacity to see us. Jess was soooo accommodating.. We are first time buyers and had lots of questions. We left feeling a bit more informed than when we went in.. Thank you sooo much Jess, will definitely be getting in touch..

Very impressive

Very impressed with the professionalism and warmth of the sales advisor at The Meadows, who made time for a thorough tour of the show home and time to ask about the buying process back at the sales office on site. The quality of the building work and interior finish looks stunning also.

Anybody buying homes on new estate's

Anybody buying homes on new estate's, look a bit further in the future. Getting anything done is a nightmare, the drains on our estate have now been blocked for over a year, despite calls emails etc nothing has been done. I have even supplied video evidence of the torrents of water streaming past my house, still nothing. Took twelve months for a broken paving stone in the middle of the road to be repaired. The estate maintenance is out sourced, then sub contracted again, price goes up every six months and the visits get fewer. It really is disgusting. Would have been better off buying a tent.
