I did my Christmas Shopping early this month and I'm one of those that buy a lot online. For me it is very convenient until I stumble upon MorningSave. I ordered a lot of stuff from this site this month. One order in particular [ Thermajane Thermal sets ] came in defective. The pants were so loose that when I take one step it falls off to my knees [yes, that loose !]. I ordered Medium , my usual size. So of course I complained and asked for a replacement but was told to mail them back but I was responsible for the return shipping fee. If my reason for returning an item is because I simply did not like it then it is acceptable that I would pay for the return shipping but no, my reason for returning the said items is because the pants were defective. So why do I feel I am being punished [so to speak ?]. It makes no sense! Then there was an issue of another order Savvy Cie jewelry, that they said was delivered but never received . This whole experience is a nightmare. There's not even a number I can call to speak to a live person. It's all just back and forth emailing to someone [or to something not human] about my issues. Comparing to Amazon and Macy's and even Shein, MorningSave is on the bottom as far as Customer Service satisfaction is concerned. I am resolved never to buy from this site again.

I received prompt response to address the issue . Recently purchased a suitcase for my brother that was advertised as having a TSA approved lock. This is important to me because I don’t want to use external lock. Also, Did not want to return the item; therefore, I asked for a coupon to use at a future date. Frequently purchase from this company. Am genuinely satisfied with all of my purchases.Caitlin was very helpful in resolving my problem.

Dont buy from this company! I communicated with them over an item that never arrived. They continually send me a tracking number, as if that will fix the issue because naturally it only says delivered, and refuse to resend item nor credit me. Its only a $29 order but I really adore and want the items. Not a refund. Im not going to continue to harp on the details. Honestly, I was so excited to have found the site and was watching everyday for deals and thought I will definitely keep buying lots of stuff, until now. Think twice! M. Murphy

So i made a purchase of a two-tone watch. When the item it was a silver watch instead of the two-tone watch. I reached out to morning save via email. Jazmin responded and was able to resolve my issue. I got a refund and got to keep the wrong item as well.
