I bought a D-Ticket on May 12th to use during a 7-day trip. Once I returned home, I cancelled the subscription.
What I don’t understand is: if I only needed the ticket for 7 days, why am I being forced to pay for two months of subscription? Honestly, that’s ridiculous. Your app is advertised everywhere as “flexible”, yet suddenly you’ve introduced this “10th day policy”.
I’ve already sent two emails to customer support and haven’t received any reply. What about the 14-day withdrawal policy? Do you really believe it is fair — or even legal — to charge customers for two full months when the service was only used for 7 days?
If your policies changed on April 30th, customers should have been clearly informed and given time to adapt. New users should also be properly notified during the purchase process, not only through a blog post.
I’m still waiting for a reasonable solution. I’m happy to pay for one full month subscription, but not for two months when I only used the ticket for a single week.
If someone from customer service contacts me and helps resolve this issue, I’ll gladly update and change my review.
Very disappointed with this subscription system.
Today is only the 25th, yet I am being told that I can no longer pause/cancel for June because I did not do it before the 10th of May. Expecting customers to decide almost a month in advance whether they will need public transportation is completely unreasonable.
I wanted to pause my subscription for June and July, but the system does not allow it anymore and instead tries to force another €63 payment.
On top of that, the trains constantly have delays, cancellations, and technical problems. The service quality does not justify forcing customers into payments they do not want.
Customer support should resolve this issue instead of hiding behind unfair deadlines.
Don’t use this scamming company. Once they start taking your money, they don’t stop. I cancelled my pass and they still continued charging me, then sent threatening payment emails instead of actually fixing the issue.
Customer service has been completely useless, with no accountability and no urgency despite me trying to resolve this properly. It honestly feels designed to make cancelling as difficult as possible while they keep helping themselves to your bank account.
Avoid at all costs unless you want the stress of fighting to get your own money back.
Bad customer service and cancellation policy.
They remind you that your monthly subscription will be renewed a day before it happens and you can't even cancel it at that point. The money is gone whether you'll be using it or not. 63 euros gone like that. I'd call that stealing and scammy company policy.

Late price increase notification and no fair solution.
I was informed about the Deutschlandticket price increase (from €58 to €63) only on December 31st at around 4:00 AM, which made it impossible to cancel in time.
Despite contacting support immediately, no fair or customer-oriented solution was offered. Very disappointing customer service experience. I will not use this service again.
upda: they had contacted me several times with with fake screenshots or had provided desisive information to make me agreed with them It ls already stretching for almost 2 weeks pointlessly... pls avoid them guys if you want peace im gonna update you again

Their slogan is "Without subscription traps", well I fall for their subscription trap. I wanted to order Deutschland ticket for November, I just wanted to add new payment card and they discounted 58€ for October, on October 31st. I paid 58€ for Deutschland ticket which I can use for 13 hours. Instantly I tried to contact them on their contact form in 4 different ways, I wrote them an email directly, no response. If this is not a subscription trap then what is?
I love this company! Their Deutschlandticket subscription is just a huge solution to all those bureaucratic paperwork problems. I am glad that the cancellation period is up to 1 day before the new month, and you can pause your subscription if you are travelling abroad. A lot of my visitor friends also used this app because they do not require city registration. Totally recommend for all DT users.

And to can cancel up until the last day of the month which was really important for me as I didn't know if I'd need it in July until it was actually July
Ticket inspectors always seemed happy.
100% recommend.
They steal your money. There was a payment issue on their side (all other payments from mu account were going through), because of that the ticket was invalid. I had to buy a ticket from a different vendor, later i was harassed by a bombardment of emails threatening and asking for payment to be made, so i ended up paying for two tickets because of their own mistake.
Worked perfect for me and I love that you can cancel the Deutschland ticket subscription a day before the end of the month. I purchased it through DB the first time and got charged for 2 months because you have to cancel so early, Mopla has a better policy.

Good you can buy DTicket via this app/website even if you are not a German resident, what's bad is -- it's very confusing UI to cancel the subscription completely thru the website. It took me two attempts: after the first one I thought I cancelled it because ticket status was canceled. But that did not cancel the subscription entirely, I've got billed the next month again for the ticket while I have left Germany. Complete waste of 49Euros.
Why it should be so complicated and confusing?
So watch out when cancelling the subscription: make sure you received a cancellation email as a result, otherwise you'll be charged again next month.
Also, you cannot buy DTicket for a child via this app, a person must be 16 yo and above.

Think this is the most inflexible company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them at all. Even if you've been a loyal customer over an extended period (at least since summer of 2023) they could care less about trying to meet you halfway. Pretty disgraceful. Canceled contract end of July, was told I was one day too late so I'd be charged the full amount although I was moving out of Germany and never used the ticket. Contested this with my bank. The charge was reversed, now they are threatening to send it to collections. Good riddance!!

Hello,
Everytime i travel to Germany for family visit, many disruption occurs, and the frequent train delays left us in the half of the way.
Some train's power sockets are not working, and the toilets are not well supplied.
I will not recommend it. They do not respond flexibly to requests from old clients.
My honest experience with this Mopla is that I have been enjoying your service interrupted and without any disappointment.you render the best services.
