Great for ex-pats
I have used Moonpig to send cards to family and friends in the UK for many years now. As someone who lives abroad, it is an excellent service and one that I turn to time and time again

Delivering a fathers day gift and card…
Delivering a fathers day gift and card on the day after fathers day is pathetic. Rubbish service.

Stick to Card Factory
Stick to Card Factory
Order by 9pm for next day delivery is the tagline you will find on Moonpig's website. I ordered a card on Friday for delivery on Monday and paid £3.99 for the privilege. I am told this morning the card will arrive on Tuesday which is a day after the birthday. I will now have to go to Card Factory to buy a card. Next time, I will just print my own photo and make a card. Little point in spending £10 with Moonpig. They shouldn't make statements they can't keep.

Disappointed
The date recipient was to receive moonpig order was changed to a day later than stated so had to change delivery date to later which was a bit disappointing.

Great service.
A card was needed in a hurry & Moonpig provided a super speedy solution. Great card & excellent service.

Great selection of cards and always notified how the process of order was going and promptly delivered as had problem before with Royal Mail so had a smooth transaction great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Two Father’s Day letdowns
Father’s Day letdown! The card sent from one adult son was not delivered until 5pm.
Box of ‘designer’ beers from other adult son was delivered by an apologetic postman in a Royal Mail waterproof plastic sack. Half the bottles were smashed, there was no card with the package and none turned up separately.
The postman said this regularly happens as Moonpig packaging is inadequate for glass bottles.

My dads Father’s Day card has still not arrived, it should have arrived on the 19th

Sadly the delivery let the experience…
Sadly the delivery let the experience down the card and gift are still in transit and have travelled from Liverpool to Manchester and now in the Midlands . No way to email until AI has been contacted . Father’s day has been and gone and the card and gift is making its way around the UK which is a bigger surprise than the actual card and gift.

Great Experience
Great experience, personalised a card at 8pm Friday night and it arrived on Saturday morning.
Was very pleasantly surprised.
