Absolutely rubbish my Father’s Day card…

Absolutely rubbish my Father’s Day card was not delivered on Father’s Day or before Anne was told they would send another one out. What use is that when it’s not Father’s Day would not refund my money not happy with this service. Customer service people were rubbish.
Update
Since my review on here customer services have now refunded the price of my card, but this does still not cover the fact my Father’s Day was ruined through lack of a Card, but they have refunded the price of the Card that’s big of them

Using for 10 years will never use again

Paid for a3 size card … was a smaller one. Also paid for a balloon - no balloon!!!!! Also can’t believe how more expensive Moonpig is now. Have been using them for years living overseas and will never use them again

The item arrived late

The item arrived a day late. At the time of ordering (17th June) the website explicitly advised that 1. the order would be received in time for father's day, 2. within 1-2 business days, and 3. that the probability of arriving on time was 95% - what happened?! All three pieces of advice were incorrect - did not achieve any of this by 100%.
