on the few occasions I have needed…

on the few occasions I have needed customer service they have always responded quickly and always out the customer first unlike some companies I live in France and use Moonpig for all my long distance cards ands gifts .

Photos have been cropped most…

Photos have been cropped most inappropriately... Heads cut off basically so I have a mug of headless people.
Plus I'm lucky mug survived as DPD left the parcel in a farm track to be driven over
