While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The only thing I would change is for Moonpay to charge a little less fees. That is all.
I got scammed and now can’t access the money I made on your platform

I didn’t go through so many hoops to purchase crypto.
I attempted to make an $1,800 USDT purchase on TrustWallet on February 27th, but MoonPay lost my payment. I reported it to them, and I gave them all the information they needed to track down the missing $1,800 payment they received from me—including all my bank’s transaction details for that $1,800 payment—back in early March. They said they would escalate the case, and they assigned me a support ticket number. And they said they would update me via email.
But, I never heard back from them about it. Nothing was done. I sent them all the information again yesterday, and explained that my bank was only able to provide me a “provisional credit” to allow them time to investigate, and give MoonPay time to fix their error.
Today my bank’s provisional credit for $1,800 was reversed, because too much time had passed without a resolution. And MoonPay is no longer responding to my texts or emails. And they’re still insisting that no transaction of any kind was even made on my account on February 27th. And I keep trying to explain to them that is the whole issue: they received an $1,800 payment from my bank on February 27th (charged to my debit card), but they never completed the USDT purchase.
MoonPay LOST the payment. They never registered my $1,800 payment, and no transaction of mine was ever recorded by them on February 27th. And no transaction anywhere near $1,800 was ever recorded in my TrustWallet account on that date.
I have made several successful crypto purchases on TrustWallet via MoonPay both before and since that date. But, MoonPay can’t even seem to take the transaction specific details from my bank (which also show the precise date and time the payment was made), and use that to track down my missing money. And they are not responding to any of my subsequent support chats, texts, or emails. And they still haven’t reached out to my bank.

I Use moon pay through the Exodus app and it's easy and fast to receive crypto. The fees aren't bad. Mine has been as low as $2 and most I've paid has been like $5 . Try it. It's the only app I use to purchase crypto.
It's fast and easy! When a Degen wants to degen, you cannot get better than MoonPay!
Super easy to use, 50% off moonpay fees make it very competitive to other DEX’s. Keep it up Moonpay and I’ll keep using you.
