Order cancelled with no notification
Ordered a set of teethers for my nephew in plenty of time for Christmas — only to find out after the fact that nothing had arrived. Realized I hadn’t received even so much as an order confirmation though the transaction had gone through. Wrote to the company, who told me the order had been cancelled as they were out of stock. (Only step missing was that no one told me!!) Their follow-on suggestion was to order another set if I wished. They haven’t responded to my further enquiry as to whether I should expect to receive an order confirmation this time. A sincerely embarrassing waste of time and money.
