Terrible site

Loved there box but omg is this site a nightmare to cancel I contacted the bot in so many occasions trying to cancel my sons getting married and I seen an email saying sending me another box tried yet again no reply today took money out my bank be careful if you sub to them as they make it really hard to cancel I get so many sub boxes this site is worst but they do have good boxes they need to sort this I for one would never recommend and that’s how a lot us come across new boxes
