We received two one-room purifiers

We received two one-room purifiers, exactly as ordered, two days after ordering. They were packaged well and were easy to set up, right out of the box - all we had to do was make sure the plastic bag was off the filter, slide it back in, and plug in each unit.

Being able to turn off the LED light is a nice feature for dark sleepers, and having it on is a great night light. The sleep mode setting is fairly quiet and the higher speed is loud. These are in our bedrooms and we keep them on sleep at night and turn them to high during the day when we are out of the bedrooms and won't be bothered by the noise. They seem to also help with cat allergies.

Russel provided Best Customer Service!

My Hand Blender's motor stopped working. I then contacted the company and chatted on line with Russel. After explaining the issue, I was asked to send a video showing the problem. I first send the video clip that was too large, but Russel instructed that I could send using Google Drive’s link. The process of all these steps: 1. making a video 2. uploading to Google Drive 3. sending link lasted a good 20 minutes or so. During the entire waiting time, Russel was very patient and remained very friendly throughout my video ordeal. And ultimately, he was also able to proceed with my request for a motor replacement. So Thanks Russel for being so cool!!

I emailed this morning about finding a filter and Cleo responded promptly and professionally. Cleo addressed my issue and solved it by clarifying what I need and providing a link to purchase the correct filter. Cleo is fast, efficient, and friendly. Thank you!

It’s been EIGHT days and NO shipment on

It’s been EIGHT days and NO shipment on an item that was in stock. I called. I emailed. I keep getting the run-around. No one can tell me if, or when it shipped. Only that it’s “in process”. And I spent over 100.00! ON AN IN-STOCK ITEM!
I’m getting ready to “cancel” the order and call my American Express.
Scammers???

All my questions answered!

Joshua, the consultant I chatted with, was more than helpful and knowledgeable. He answered each question I asked and gave good feedback and additional info about our new purifier that I can use. Very courteous and patient!

Great customer service!

Great customer service! Representative Joshua was able to help me and direct me to the exact replacement part that I needed. Their products seem to be very high quality. My purifier works great so far and I am confident that it will continue to do so in the next few years.

Honey saved the day

My air purifier just quit working when I moved it to another room. I contacted your support center and got in touch with Honey. I can't say enough about helpful she was and also very patient with me as I am not real computer savy. She was very professional and helped me resolve the issue. I love your product and because of Honey I would not hesitate to purchase more,
