Save Your Money

I had a horrible experience with Monogram. I ordered what was supposed to be a gift on December 19th, I even paid for expedited shipping hoping it would get to me before Christmas (because no where on the website did it signal it would be delayed due to holidays). The item didn't get shipped until January 19th! So I spent extra money for nothing. I tried emailing the company 3 to 4 times in between to check on my order and was ignored, so I was forced to consider disputing it with my bank because I thought the company was a scam. I did finally receive the order January 24th, and I’m still not happy with it. Save your money!

TERRIBLE- still have not received my…

TERRIBLE- still have not received my item ( although it has been paid for ) lack of reasonable communication. I will be contacting the BBB as well as CC company. Stay away- do business like a scam!!!

Never Received Pillow

I ordered a custom pillow. The day after my shipping was canceled. Customer service followed up one time with an excuse, but never again. I never got my pillow.

Be careful

Be careful, Monogramonline is totally irresponsible acting as scammed.
I purchased 3 bamboo book holder for my reading club, 25 days ago. During my purchased they promised the item will be delivered in 10 days.
5 more days it's gonna be a month since my purchased. And I still don't receive nothing. No items, no updates, no answer to my email, no answer the phone call, nothing. Monogramonline remains totally quite.
With this rare attitude to make business, they just gain a negative review that they don't even deserve a one star.

Going on 4 weeks with no update or movement on order.

The website advertises a 48hr turn around on medical bracelets. I ordered mine coming up on a month ago and there has been no update to my order from "received". I've reached out twice now and each time been assured that it was being worked on but still have no updates or visible movement. If I had known the production time would be this far out, I would have purchased somewhere else as I need these medical bracelets for a trip. As of yet, they've taken my money and sent absolutely nothing nor made progress on my order.

I hope you don’t encounter any issues…

I hope you don’t encounter any issues with your appliances, as dealing with their service department can be quite frustrating.

From the start, our new oven had a problem with the door not closing properly, which led to the oven shutting off—a significant inconvenience while cooking. We reached out for service, but they weren’t able to help.

Fast forward four years: the glass on the oven broke while we were cooking. Although it took less than a week for the replacement part to arrive, it took five weeks to get a technician to come out. During this time, communication from the service team was poor, leaving us in the dark about the timeline.

When the technician finally arrived, he completed the repair efficiently in about 20 minutes. However, we were billed $300 for labor and travel. When I contacted customer service afterward, they couldn’t provide clarity on whether this charge was fair, stating that it was up to the technician to decide. I was also informed that I shouldn’t have communicated directly with the technician, despite that being the point of contact established when I initiated the service request online. Even after inquiring about the delay, we received no guidance on whom to reach out to.

Here’s hoping we won’t face any more issues with this appliance! 😩

Inferior product, Poor customer service
I ordered 3 blankets, one for each grandchild. The order indicated it was "Plush Fleece" which would lead any consumer to believe it was soft and cozy. I received 3 pieces of hard felt. When I wrote to customer service asking to return the items for a refund (I spent $100 for the 3) this was the response I received, Matt (Support Desk ) Dec 25, 2024, 3:21 PM EST We verified that you have ordered fleece for the material; for a thicker plush blanket, you should have ordered mink or sherpa. Best Regards, Matt MonogramOnline Customer Care This is appalling customer service and I do not recommend you waste your hard earned money on their deceitful advertising.

I ordered and paid $24 extra for 2 day…

I ordered and paid $24 extra for 2 day shipping. Order form says "Prioirty mail (2-3 Days Delivery)". They never notified that the order wasn't coming and now it's been well over that and no word. Their website describes my order as "unfulfilled" though they have my money. No one to talk to and when you send an inquiry as directed they say it will be a few days until you hear back. They also direct you to the shop app but that says nothing about any tracking which means it was never sent. Terrible customer service.

Such a great product (and great customer support!)

cannot say enough great things about this company! I ordered a set of towels for our baseball team and they were just ADORABLE and even better than I imagined. The quality of the printing and the towel itself truly blew me away. In addition, there was a minor issue with one of the towels and they immediately fixed it and sent out another one. Great customer service on top of a great product makes me enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!
