PLEASE AVOID THIS INSTITUTION AT ALL COSTS. I am a senior exec of a construction Co. for the past forty years and hand on heart this is the worst Company I have ever dealt with. They are untrustworthy, inefficient and require a new broom if they are to survive. Very easy to lodge money but try and retrieve your savings is another matter. Jason Chapman the CEO appears to be impotent when dealing with the enormous amount of negative feedback this Co. is experiencing at present, the statement ' fail to prepare-prepare to fail' is significant here and would be surprised the fate of the future of this organisation, as they have no understanding or care for their customers requirements. BEWARE!

Extremely slow support via email and never possible to speak to a person on live chat support, have tried multiple times across this week at various days and times and always unavailable. Trying to transfer a cash isa out to another provider with a better rate and not receiving the support needed from MoneyFarm, not heard anything via email for 3 days now.

Reasonably satisfied on the whole, although costs could always be cheaper, however you do get regulated advice to a degree. Performance is good and Moneyfarm provide regular market updates and performance reports on your chosen profile.
Always someone available to talk to at the end of the phone or via email. Ideal for novice investor and the more experienced.

Very good returns (at the moment; who knows what the future will bring? Lots of lolly I hope, though “present returns are no guarantee of future...etc.”).
I hold an ISA with them.
Lots of on-line support and opportunities for discussion relating to personal finance and investing, etc,
A good, efficient website adds to the bliss.
Highly recommended.

The stocks and shares ISA had a very good growth rate, with planning and good advice available if needed. The app allows you to see what's going on at any time.

Moneyfarm offer an excellent cost effective platform for my investments. I was so impressed with their service I transferred my SIPP across to them saving a considerable amount in charges but with similar returns. Great staff who are always on hand to offer help and support.

Reading some of the poor reviews for this company, I'm beginning to think that keir Starmer might be in charge, which if true is worrying for all of us with money tied up with them, think I'll relocate my funds to another provider should be sorted for Christmas if I act quickly

I’ve been with Moneyfarm for over 5 years now and the experience has been consistently solid. Having a dedicated Wealth Manager makes a massive difference; it’s reassuring to have a direct point of contact who actually understands my financial goals rather than just being a face in a queue. Their referral system is also a nice perk, as the discounted fees add up over time. They occasionally run transfer bonuses which are well worth keeping an eye on if you're looking to consolidate your portfolio.

Thoroughly enjoying using moneyfarm. They are currently over exceeding my expectation. Very easy to use. Takes away the stress of me investing and also looking at the market every day

I opened a cash ISA with moneyfarm at the end of March and I was informed by an agent that a transfer request from my current ISA holder was submitted on the 8 April. As there was still no transfer evident at the end of the month I contacted both moneyfarm and my previous ISA holder who informed me that moneyfarm had never submitted the request (moneyfarm never responded). Almost a week after querying this and sending a second email to moneyfarm and I'm still waiting for any kind of response. Needless to say I will not be using them any longer for any investments. Disappointingly unprofessional.

Not a great experience. I took out a Cash ISA with Moneyfarm via Etoro as they were offering a competitive interest rate, this rate then dropped on a regular basis sometimes weekly leaving me with a much lower rate than the current market. I decided to transfer some of my ISA cash to another provider however the request appears to be ignored & now 20 days later still no movement. Also there is now a statement of charges on my account with a charge of 0.28% for financial instrument charge whatever that is. I have a complaint raised with both Moneyfarm & Etoro, i am waiting on a reply & waiting on my money transfer still.

Consistent growth of my funds and excellent communication and guidance

It appears this company does not like giving you your money back.
My experiece is typical of the numerous complaints on Trustpilot of deliberately delaying payments by failing to action transfers out for many weeks and ignoring requests for updates.
After 3 weeks delay and 2 ignored emails asking for an update I telephoned and quickly realised they had NOT DONE ANYTHING DURING THAT TIME. Like other reviewers I was quoted ''15 working days'' which they interpreted as time in which they needed to do NOTHING and once elapsed they would look at raising a request to start the process of recoveing the investments ''as soon as possible'' which was interpreted as at least a week or two.
I have transferred to numerous ISA providers in the past and the process is always quickly concluded in a matter of days.
Moneyfarm clearly has a Company policy of deliberate obscuration, delaying, lying and misleading its customers.
XXXXX Note to Moneyfarm Team XXXXX
Please do not reply with your usual smug response ''This is not the standard of service we expect to provide'' as the many dozens of 1 star reviews on this page prove otherwise that as in my case it is not poor service but NO SERVICE! This is intentional.
Start to do the decent thing and treat your customers with some respect.

The app is great and well designed, and the team are friendly and offer good customer service.... but their fees are so high. I wouldn't bother buying stocks through them, unless you are investing loads. The transaction fees are so high (£3.95 to buy, £3.95 to sell!!). For stocks, use Freetrade. For Stocks & Shares, pensions, GIA, I'd recommend Vanguard. I had a great start with Moneyfarm, but after a few years of a stagnating UK economy, nearly all my returns were used to pay their management fees, which is why I did the switch.

I set up two managed ISA's with MoneyFarm, for myself and also my wife. Over the year since the initial investment, the performance of the two ISA's has been significantly worse than the performance of other ISA's. We decided to change to another firm, by transferring the ISA. This process has been like drawing teeth, and has been going on for over two months, with MoneyFarm being chippy and unhelpful when I complained. They will also not give a definite transfer date - also unhelpful.

I have read the response, which is more salad speak I am afraid. Why do I need to contact MoneyFarm, when the valid request for transfer is coming through the organisation that the ISA is being transferred to?
I see no reason for the delay in transfer - I have authorised it, the new organisation has validly requested it, but still no transfer or transfer date.
Next stage will be financial ombudsman - so unnecessary.......

Finally obtained OUR money from this organsaition.
Customer service very chippy and nothing is ever their fault. Any valid criticism, is strenuously denied by them, and nothing proactively was done until I threatened to escalate the complaint.
It was a costly decision when we invested with this organisation, .........

Very slow responding to my previous manager for a transfer request. Now I would like to transfer away some of my S&S ISA, but I can't find a reference/account number to give to the new manager.

Moneyfarm is a great tool for my investments. I use it with my investment ISA. I like very much the market reports they produce.
