Form was easy to complete and the process was easy. Quote was competitive.
However, one of the reasons I chose asda was that there was an offer of £15 in my cashpoint. I have not received this? Disappointing

Really helpful!

That was fine, but then I realised that today is day 4 and my money would be returned if not collected. I called and the lady I spoke to was really helpful. She extended my collection date by a few days to make sure that my order wasn't cancelled. The call was handled quickly and I'm really pleased with the outcome
