Excellent company Great experience overall. Setup was quick, payments are reliable, and rates are competitive. Customer support is helpful and responsive. A few minor improvements needed , but overall a solid merchant service I’d recommend

I’ve had a really positive experience with this Monek. The setup was straightforward, and everything has run smoothly day to day. What really stood out was the customer service, being UK-based made a big difference, as support was easy to reach and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. It’s reassuring to know you can speak to someone who understands your business and resolves things quickly.
The most rubbish company I have ever seen. They charge three times more then other with absolutely rubbish costumer services. I urge any one who wants to go with this company, think twice. There are much better options out there. With the experience I have with this company I will not recommend any one.
Very happy customer. I ordered a pax A920 from PayZing and it runs via Monek. Everything is great, machine is fast, setup was easy and money is paid out next day. Best part is it’s much lower charges than I was on with sumup so great all round, highly recommended.
Don't bother. Dated systems and the worst customer support. They don't stick to their word and rarely respond to emails. They are pleasant on the phone but just don't follow up.
