Will never use Debenhams again

Will never use Debenhams again. Very difficult to return items and gain refunds as there is no one to speak to in customer services. No contact number means endless emails to random people who do not understand how to deal with customer complaints. Took me 4 months to locate two returns and get a refund.

Andrew from customer services was very…

Andrew from customer services was very helpful and friendly and instantly solved my long ongoing battle with Debenhams with an issue of being ignored and not acknowledging my return and getting a refund. As soon as Andrew raised the issue with Debenhams, I finally received my refund within a couple of days! Plus he emailed me with the update. If anyone else has issues with Debenhams, which seems to be very common, I'd definitely go through Debenhams Pay Plus. They get the job done. Sadly I won't continue my shopping with Debenhams in the future due to repeated past issues also, unless they improve things. Thanks again Andrew!

I SPOKE WITH A GREAT STAFF CALLED CAILIN

I spoke with a lovely lady called Cailin who was very polite, professional, patient and very patient with me as a first tune customer on Debenhams Pay plus and I really appreciate her . She has an excellent calm voice and I was very happy she dealt with my situation very professionally. Thank you Cailin. You are a great star!!!!!

Outstanding

Customer Service person that I spoke to Andrew, was outstanding, very helpful, patient and knew exactly how to fix the problem. Overall very pleased that I was able to use my account again once the technical problems were fixed.

Had to ring today to query my statement that I received today but was dated 2nd July & stated I owed money but I knew by bill was clear spoke to Chels who was very professional & efficient to resolve this problem & very polite aswell

Chelsea was absolutely fantastic

Chelsea was absolutely fantastic! Great customer service and really efficient!

From other customer reviews I was dreading having to call but my experience was on the contrary couldn’t have been more helpful!

I would like to thank the customer…

I would like to thank the customer service agents Debenhams Pay+ support. I had an ongoing issue with accessing my account and placing an order. I had an agreed credit limit however there were problems signing in and completing my order. The team are excellent and gave me all different options to try eventually I was able to access account and complete my order. Thank you team for all your wonderful support and help. Grateful Debenhams account holder.
