I placed a large order, around 12 items, and one was missing. I sent an email and within an hour, I had a response with an apology and request to resend out that item. I am also very surprised at the amazing quality of the bathing suits and the activewear. The price is definitely high but for that special situation, this is the place to go! The only reason it is a four star is for forgetting the bathing suit top in the first place, but the way they handled it was phenomenal

I have 4 bikinis and resort wear from Monday Swimwear and I am SO pleased with the quality. My favourite swimwear brand. So fun, sexy, and comfortable. I highly recommend. The selection they have is fabulous and the description and sizing on their website is true to size. I am so grateful! Customer service is so helpful if you have any additional questions.

Spent $500 with this company and it was the most regrettable purchase I ever made. They don’t care about their customers and their customer service is awful. Paid for overnight shipping on Tuesday, I reached out on Thursday because it had not even been dropped off to the shipping provider yet. They lied and said it had been dropped off, so I spent hours on the phone with UPS trying to locate it, as well as get an ETA as I had an important trip coming up. Monday knew I only had 2 bathing suits due to my bag being lost at an airport with all my bikinis in it (and neither fit well). They ignored my requests when trying to find solutions. My package BARELY made it in time and everything was poor quality. I would return if I had the option, but these are my only swimsuit options for my trip. If they’d been delivered overnight, like I paid for, then I would have had time to return them and find other options. Don’t purchase here

They Charge for your return from the uk refund you via dollers not pounds - im a small ordered a medium for my boobs, and popped it on and i heard a thread rip - not ok. Quality is not good for the price you are paying - reallly upset. I wanted to get it for my wedding bikini for the wedding in italy - unfortunately its not good enough - for the price you pay the return should be free 200 pounds a bikini is crazy

This company blew me away for so many reasons! I’ve ordered many bikinis from them and the quality is absolutely incredible! Which is also why I’ve been exclusively buying from Monday swimwear. My last order unfortunately had one item missing and all I had to go on was my word. I immediately contacted the shipping company and by no surprise they never responded. Then I emailed Monday Swimwear’s customer support and within minutes I received a reply, they had a few questions and when all was said and done, they told me that they would send me the replacement which they did. I am beyond impressed by the excellent customer service they provide and will continue purchasing from them.

I’ve been shopping with Monday for almost 10 years. The quality holds up to the test of time and their customer service is seriously amazing. Quick responses and always helpful.

The products are great quality and so cute. It is also worth noting their customer service is AMAZING. They are so timely in getting back to you and figuring out a solution.

I first saw this bikini and swimwear brand on Instagram and when I looked at the price I felt a bit deflated. However, I finally decided to try and see what the hype was all about as the pieces looked incredible and range of colours and designs stood out. Honestly when I first tried these pieces on the quality was unlike anything I have ever tried on so was super impressed!!! Then the small band large cup came out and solved all my problems in a bikini, only downside is I wish there was a bigger range in this collection as I loved it !! Shipping is super quick!! Now would only buy my swimwear here!! 10/10 would recommend

Shipping is always on time and really helpful. I had one package arrive damaged and missing items and they sent out replacements right away, no hassle.

Have brought a few sets from Monday Swim and the quality and fit is unmatched. Unfortunately the stitching on one pair started to come apart after just 1-2 wear. I contacted them directly and they were great and sent a replacement. Highly recommend. I won’t shop anywhere else for bikinis anymore.

I ordered two sets of swimwear, however on arrival the tops were too small. Even though they don’t offer exchanges for European customers I was having issues trying to get a return label through local couriers. I contacted customer service and got a response within a few hours, not only were they quick once I responded again but they were so helpful in providing a solution for me and taking away the stress I felt. Highly recommend them. Even though the tops didn’t fit they looked super cute, comfy and high quality. I instantly placed a new order with the correct size hopefully this time! Can’t wait to receive it.

I’ve already made 3 orders with Monday Swimwear and every time I was surprised by quality. Also I love that I can buy the whole capsule for an entire look. They have many colors and textures and that’s really nice. Delivery is quite fast I’d say.

Terrible customer service for European based customers. Do not order.

Paid 29 dollars extra for shipping for 1 business day overnight shipping, only to be lied to multiple times by this company and not receiving it on time.
